Hotel Römerhof  

Overpriced for what is offered: rooms was spacious but did not have a double bed - they put two beds together but there was a 15 cms gap in between. Mattresses were of different height and quality. They claimed that it was possible t use the termal baths of a sister hotel, but when we arrvied no one told us anything about itm including the name of the sister hotel. Breakfast is very basic - nothing to write home about. Upon checking out they tried to charge us one extra night. The hotel restaurant serves good food but service is really poor and at least one person who works there (posssibly the owner) very rude. Two out of the three dishes we orderedone day came out wrong from the kitchen and this man got very upset with us for this. We would not return there.

Fantastic location! Nice staff and lovely bathroom with plenty of hot water! Breakfast was of good standard.

I think a fridge in the room would have been useful. It would have been nice to have one of the rooms with a balcony.

Sul sito c'era scritto che l'ingresso alle terme era compreso nel prezzo, invece abbiamo ricevuto solo una riduzione

La posizione centrale e la ottima colazione

Le terme gratuite sono decisamente lontane (oltre 1 km...) e con il ghiaccio o la neve è quasi impossibile arrivarci se non in macchina. Le camere andrebbero modernizzate e rese piu calde di temperatura.

La personne à l'accueil ne nous a pas dit "merci", ni "aurevoir" lorsque nous avons payé. Je ne trouve pas poli du tout !!

Très bien centré. Sympathique et familial.

Il manque des crochets etérieurs aux armoires pour les vestes et autres. Surtout avc des enfants. Mais pas grave. propre et tranquille

L'intérieur de la chambre et de l'hôtel en général est désuet et nécessite une rénovation complète. Par conséquent, le prix exigé n'est pas justifiable, et ce d'autant plus quand on voit par exemple qu'il n'y a même pas un ordinateur à disposition avec internet - même le Pérou fait mieux...

Sehr gute Lage. Das Hotel ist neben dem Burgerbad ( 3 Gehminuten). Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge und praktisch im Dorfkern.

La situation géografique en plein milieux du village.

Pas de places de parc gratuite pour les clients de l'hotel, même qu'ils ont un propre parking sous-terrain mais il le font payer 15.- par jour. Le parking 10m à côté coute que 14.- par jour. Je trouve ça pas trop normal.

Super Lage und sehr feines und grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet. Ein heimeliges, sehr schönes und gutes Restaurant hat es auch. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis für 1-3 nächte ist toll. Würde bei einem Kurzurlaub vielleicht auch wieder in dieses Hotel gehn.

Die "alte" Frau an der Reception war sehr unfreundlich und hat auf unser grüssen keinen Mux gemacht. Von meinen zwei ausgedruckten Hotel Bestätigungen hatte sie absolut keine Ahnung. Auch nicht nach dem ich ihr 5x gesagt habe es steht ja alles drauf. Erst nach dem mein Kollege mit ihr italienisch gesprochen hat, hats geklappt. Teils waren super schöne Zimmer und teils, so wie unseres war, sind die Zimmer renovationsbedürftig. Unser Zimmer war extrem dunkel, mit dunklem Holz und dazu noch dunkelbraune Vorhänge. Das Bad alt. Aber für 1 Nacht hats schon gepasst. Schlecht war am Abreisetag dass an der Recepiton kein Wechselgeld vorhanden war. Wenn man ja schon weiss dass viele Gäste abreisen sollte man sich darauf vorbereiten. Es war nix in der Kasse, die jüngere Frau welche auch sehr freundlich war, musste aus ihrem privaten Geldbeutel das Geld zum Rausgeben suchen. Oder man musste mit Karte bezahlen. Nur hat heutzutage noch lang nicht jeder eine Kreditkarte! Für einen Kurztripp ist es aber ok!
