Good location: city center, same distance to terms & cable cars - around 5-7 min walk. Migros supermarket is in the same building. Very helpful and friendly personnel in the hotel. Overall one of best for 3star in town. Some rooms are still outdated. Heating is not always perfect. No internet. a bit overpriced for the quality provided.

Good position The staff it is not professional, they don't know anythink about hospitality. Furthermore they enter the room whithout knoking. The room was to small, not to mention that the heater didn't work and we slept with our jackets on. Bad experience , avoid it at all costs.

Zentral, kurzfristig buchbar, einfach Grossmutter mit 11-jähriger Enkelin hätten gerne zwei Betten gehabt oder mindestens zwei Duvets. Schade, dass das uns nicht selbstverständlich angeboten worden ist.

Calme (chambre donnant sur les montagnes) - possibilité de parquer gratuitement - literie - balcon avec chaises - jus d'orange frais servi à ma demande (sans supplément sur la facture, merci). Personnel accueillant et serviable Sanitaires anciens (rénovation nécessaire) - tv trop petite et à tube cathodique (écran plat souhaité et de taille adaptée à la chambre svp) - tapis dans les chambres (rénovation indispensable) - malheureusement pas de mini bar (pour un 3 étoiles, c'est surprenant) - Petit déjeûner : plus de croissants à 9 h 20 - attente de 15 minutes ! - jus d'orange industriel - 1 sorte de fromage - minimaliste sur les sortes de pain. Capuccino pas fameux. Quitter la chambre avant 11 h, c'est trop tôt surtout s'il pleut ou neige. Cet hôtel devrait être rénové. Par conséquent, le prix de la chambre double ne devrait par conséquent pas dépasser chf 150.-
