The hotel is very well situated and has an excellent restaurant adjoined to it. One of the rooms smelled of smoke. |

It's so close to the thermal pools the pillows... they were too small, but given we were staying there only one night, we didn't make any enquiries with staff to have different ones... |

Die Nähe zu den Thermalquellen. Das Frühstückbuffet. Ja, auf der Homepage stand gratis Benützung der Bäder in der Regina Therme. Doch diese war geschlossen! Bezahlt haben wir aber trotzdem den vollen Preis. Unser Zimmer (Nr.40) sollte dringend einer sanften Renovation unterzogen werden! Auf dem Flur vor unserem Zimmer roch es jeden Tag nach alter, abgestandener Wäsche. Zum Glück in unserem Zimmer nicht! Sehr enges Bad. |

Le buffet du petit déjeuner avait un choix très varié, ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Sur le site web, il y avait écrit qu'il y avait un parking public gratuit à côté et lorsqu'on m'a proposé leur parking j'ai crû qu'il était gratuit mais j'ai dû payer 15.- (FCh). |

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très serviable, de bonne humeur et souriant. Nous avons aussi apprécié le restaurant où le service était rapide. Par ailleurs, les familles avec enfants étaient bien accueillies et se sentaient à l'aise. L'accès à la place de parc était verglacé et très étroit, ce qui n'était pas très agréable. |
