Extremely clean, friendly staff, great spa, delicious food clearly a lot of money spent on the public areas eg the spa, the main bar and the reception. Rooms a little disappointing, decor tired and dull

the hotel is just not telling the truth, the pictures of the room are not the true ones, those pictures show the rooms of the new part of the hotel (4*). The room we got was old fashioned, very very noisy and the staff was absolutely not comprehensive.

Professional, correct and deserves a 4 star rating. Very clean, parking excellent and cosy atmosphere Price of the wine! Higher than other restaurants of the same standard. Food was good but the wine list is too high.

Loved this hotel. We only stayed night though. The front desk personnel were very welcoming and very helpful with assisting us with typical tourist needs. The bed wax very comfortable. The breakfast was the best we had during our travels through Italy/Switzerland. We didn't take advantage of all the hotel amenities, but we would stay here again.

Nice enough and central. Front desk spoke good English and was helpful in the booking process in helping with our luggage transfers as we were on a self supporting cycle trip. The Bathroom decor in some rooms could definately use an update but it was clean and functional.

Unser Eindruck: Pontresina ist selbst in der Hochsaison ein relativer ruhiger Ort. Das Hotel liegt wunderbar zentral. Angenehmes Spa mit sehr gutem Personal, Pool mit 29°C warmem Wasser. Ideal im Winter: Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Das gibt es nur in der Schweiz: Das à-la-carte Restaurant hat mitten in der Saison an zwei Tagen in der Woche geschlossen.
