Very nice room, large size & pretty location. We were not told about the swimming pool, spa services & availability of these things for guests until the day we left. Could have used them since we had cold, rainy weather during our stay. |

The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was large and comfortable. We ate one evening at the Grill and found the food disappointing. Some seemed to be pre-packeged and pre-cooked. The waiter was very nice but quite inexperienced. Still, the price was reasonable. |

Die Lage. Nicht alle MitarbeiterInnen machten einen sehr motiverten Eindruck. Einzelne waren sogar fast ein wenig unfreundlich. Gewisse Betriebsabläufe (zum Beispiel an der Reception beim Bezahlen) machten einen eher ineffizienten Eindruck. Der Frühstückraum wirkte zudem etwas beengend. Generell wirkte vieles auf uns etwas lieblos und antiquiert. |

Wunder volles Badezimmer, schönes Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Dame an der Reception hatte keine Ahnung von unserer Buchung per Mail. Sie sagte, da kämen tägl. fast 80 Mails, also eine Flut, die nicht mehr zu überblicken sei. Wir hatten also einfach nur Glück, dass grade noch ein Doppelzimmer frei war. Das fand ich gar nicht professionell. |

Hotel di tono classico elvetico, arredi e moquette da toni caldi, nel centro del paese. Elvetico anche il personale, molto cortese ma un pò freddino. Capiscono l'italiano (e l'inglese) basico. Apprezzata la ottima e abbondante colazione e il garage compresi nel prezzo, oltre a piscina e bagno turco. Il voto del comfort risente pesantemente dell "ingestibile" letto: materasso duro e bitorzoluto da notte in bianco, e rete che cigolava a tutto spiano |
