Excellent breakfast. Great location for Mt. Pilates. Hotel decor was very dark and had unusual furnishings for a mountain /alpine hotel. The room was overpriced for the size and view. One front desk personnel had a non-welcoming demeanor.

Friendliness of staff. Restaurant ok but expensive for what it was. The room was strange. Very old fashioned. Noisy near railway line and dual carriageway. Sink in room and small badly lit toilet and shower. Shower was a dribble.

L'Abergo è un pò vecchiotto, il bagno in camera è deprimente,manca il bidet e il lavandino è addirittura in camera,in posizione infelice e assai scomodo da utilizzare senza bagnare la moquette (tra l'altro assai vecchiotta...) a favore di questo Hotel gioca senz'altro la posizione vicinissima e comoda alla stazione del trenino a cremagliera per escursione sul Pilatus Kulm. Attrezzature vecchie,moquette non proprio moderna e funzionale, lavandino in camera, rapporto prezzo/qualità non convincente.

Le petit-déjeuner Nid de moustiques dans la chambre (on en a tué une dizaine avant de se coucher!!!). Qualité des draps de lit (rèches).

Il personale ( due ragazze: una spagnola, l'altra venezuelana) cordiale e disponibile. Purtroppo ciò non toglie l'aspetto vetusto delle infrastrutture e la mancanza di comfort dovuta agli scricchiolii degli assi dei pavimenti/soffitti. La sala da pranzo poco curata, con qualche mosca sul cestello del pane.Rapporto qualità/prezzo, assolutamente inadeguato

- Le personnel est très accueillant et fait l'effort de communiquer en français. - Gares du Pilatus et d'Alpnachstad à proximité - Trop cher pour un non-Suisse. - Bruyant surtout au petit matin en raison de la situation de l’hôtel à proximité immédiate de l'autoroute qui n'a pas de panneaux anti-bruit. Donc, nous fûmes obligés de fermer les fenêtres. - Le Wifi est en supplément et trop cher (10CHF par jour !) - Les commissions sur les paiements par carte (1.5% Maestro, 3% Visa/Mastercard)

Hotel ligt vlakbij de autostrade, aan de kabelbaan naar de Pilatus en het station naar Luzern. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan omliggende plaatsjes en vlakbij vertrekplaats van verschillende wandelingen. Verzorgd ontbijtbuffet, vriendelijke bediening.

Proximité de la gare Pilatusbahn Fenêtres bien isolant contre bruit (proximité autoroute) Petit déjeuner très correct salles charmants Matelas très corrects Vieillot lavabo dans chambre, salle douche/WC minuscule odeur soupe dans les couloirs en arrivant vers 17h30

NB:Vi boede på to hoteller af samme navn. Det ene var i Interlaken, det andet var i Alpenachstadt. Denne besvarelse gælder Hotel Rössli i Interlaken...........................................................................................Vi syntes bedst om den store imødekommenhed, som værten viste gæsterne. Han ville hjælpe med og informere om alt, hvad vi havde brug for. Desuden var det dejligt, at der var opholdsrum både inde og ude til fri disposition, og så kunne man bare gå i køkkenet og tage kaffe og the efter ønske.

Mooi vertrekpunt voor allerhande ( sportieve ) aktiviteiten.Ondanks het seizoen lekker rustig. Ik ben niet zo lang, het bed was precies goed, maar anderen > 1.71m zullen problemen krijgen. In de badkamer geen zeep/shampoo.

La gentillesse de l'Equipe, la proximité du train du Pilatus, de la gare du train ou du bateau (pour effectuer le tour par le Pilate, Lucerne et retour). L'accès est aussi facile par tous ces moyens de transport pour se rendre à Lucerne! Pour effectuer le "roundtrip" on nous a même accepté de laisser la voiture sur le parking de l'Hôtel pour la journée qui fût magnifique (encore merci!).

Vriendelijk personeel. Gezellig wat ouder hotel, ademt fijne sfeer uit. Daarnaast kun je ook eenvoudig maar lekker eten. De lokatie bij de Pilatus Kulm is ook geweldig. Maar ja 135 euro per nacht is niet goedkoop, maar dat geld voor de hele omgeving rond Luzern om te overnachten.

Preis- Leistung ungenügend. Kleine Zimmer und noch kleineres Bad/WC. 150M zum Eisenbahntrasse und anschliessend kommt die Autobahn, bevor dann nach 400 Meter der See anfängt.

Le parking de l'hotel gratuit. Chambres qui donnent sur l'autoroute, donc impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte, à moins de mettre des boules Quies. Salle de bain minuscule avec lavabo dans le couloir de la chambre.
