Nice location, very convenient for Montreux Jazz Festival Not 5 star. Annoying extra charges for pretty much every additional service. |

The room presentation was extremely good - in fact excellent. We liked the lake front proneade - it was beautitifully set out with flower bed for about two kilometers. |

Coming back to the UK Mattress uncomfortable, hotel would not change it, poor mainternance, surly and unwilling to please standard of service |

room, bath, balcony. Lovely view. Very expensive, the rate does not include breakfast, parking and city taxes, which together make the stay very pricey. There was a long female hair hanging on the bath robe. We were two men, but were addressed officially as Mr. and Mrs. on the greeting card and on the TV screen. |
