Absolutely nothing. Small room had a terrible smell. So called free internet connection did not work. Staff was rude. It is not a 5 star hotel |

The room was according to the wishes in the reservation form, lake wiew, in upper floors and with balcong. Room was confortable and clean. Friendly staff, good service in the hotel. |

The junior suite booked perfectly fitted my needs and corresponded fully to the specs of the reservation. 1. the opening hours of the restaurants, but this seems to apply to most restaurants in Switzerland.... 2. the choice of foods of the room-service after 23.oo hrs., limited to 2 pizzas, not enough for international travellers from countries with a tradition in late dinners... |

It is really in the centre of everything on the Montreux jazz festival. Excellent position Must be renovated, it is 4 star hotel, not 5 star |

All that could be expected from a fine lakefront hotel in a beautiful area.Not cheap but SwitzerlaND is not with a weak £! Little apart from the leisure suite being closed for renovation/cleaning. |

La magnifique vue sur le lac, le copieux breakfast ainsi que le centre sap/détente. Personnel très peu présent pour un hotel de luxe. ex: pas de chasseur, attente 15 minutes au spa avant d'obtenir une clé pour les vestiares... Autre suggestions d'amélioration: machine à café dans les chambres, rénover le système d'air conditonné (bruit empêchant de dormir), rénover le système de fermeture des volets, mise à disposition d'une brochure d'information dans les chambres. |
