nice room: elegant & spacious layout his/her terry robes & matching sleepers big television attractive, handsome furnishing. free apples,cookies in lobby. friendly staff. good location.

refrigerator: stocked goods pricey. not OK to put own foods in refrigerator. Lobby coffee service & fancy sweets not for public --

We have stayed at the Royal Manotel before. When we were looking for a hotel for this trip I was originally looking at other hotels for a different experience but decided to return to the Royal as we were very happy with it during our last stay and didn't want to be disappointed if another hotel didn't match it's excellent standards. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, welll equipped, spacious, comfortable and relaxing, the public areas were peaceful, spacious and comfortable, the dining areas and food were excellent. There was nothing about the hotel that I could fault, I would stay there again if we return to Geneva.

The hotel was really nice. Good location and comfortable rooms.

Unfortunately our room 412 was directly opposite the lifts and cleaners lockers so was very noisy.

I forgot some stuff at the hotel from my last stay. I called them and they said they kept it, so I picked it up during this stay. Impressive.

Location is very central, close to the Geneva's main railway station, and yet not suffering from the usual problems similar locations suffer from.

The room was sad, a bit shabby, power sockets in the bathroom did not work. A sharp contrast with the common areas of the hotel. I stayed here before, and was pleased. Not this time, espcially considering the rate I had to pay for the room. I'm not sure if I ever wish to go back to this hotel when in Geneva again.

The room that I stayed-in was excellent, it was spacious and comfortable.

Since it was on the second floor, the noise from the street is obvious when the window is opened (to get fresh cool air from outside)

They upgraded us to a Junior Suite room without us even asking and it was a great room!

Was upgraded to a suite!!!! Extremely nice layout. Comfortable Sitting areas and bed. The bathroom was huge and had separate tub and shower facilities. The breakfast was just ok.

The Location is ver central in the main Shopping area. The personnel was very efficient and friendly. Wi-Fi worked fine and the room was eqpuipped with a flat Screen TV and offered a huge selection of channels. Adequate bath room and cleanlyness. The Restaurant was excellent.

Rooms are rather small. We ordered a king size bed and they gave us a double one with a very low Quality of mattresses. These are really unsufficient for a 4 star Hotel! The Price for the parking was much too expensive.

Close to the train station, and not only that, the tram stops in front of the Hotel.

Bar menu need to be changed a bit not all.

The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms very nice, good showers, comfortable beds, and quiet. The location is great, and only a short walk to the train station, and down the hill to the lake. The rstaurant is very nice, good food, excellent service and very friendly staff there too.
