The staff is helpful, the car parking is taken car of by a person (40CHF), and the bar lounge area is top with its chemney and list of nice desserts Room facing busy street. the breakfast buffet is ok but not worth the 30CHF per person, it should be included in the room price |

Near to the train station and right outside a tram stop , did not have to walk anywhere and transport was free. Although in middle of city we had a quiet room as requested on the sixth floor. staff very helpful. Coop across the road to stock up on nibbles cos food so expensive everywhere in geneva.Perfect hotel would def stay there again |

Hotel gave us a free upgrade to a suite and also free Geneva bus/tram tickets for the duration of our stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was very expensive so we ate elsewhere |

Probably the best breakfast in the world. Restaurant (but do not take beef - lamb is perfect). Location very close to train station. Decent size of the room. Nice bar with very good music. Location - neighbourhood of the train station is not very pleasant. |

Great location. Staff at front desk were a bit rude. Restaurant says it opens until 11pm however we were told the restaurant was closed at 10:00pm when we tried to get a table at 10:01pm. Cold water tap in sink didnt work. |
