good modern hotel in good location near to train station. Getting around was easy with frequent tram service. Hotel gave free public transport pass. Rooms were very good. There is some noise from the train line but not too much of a problem. |

The location was central and wifi was free Housekeeping did not wash our cups one day any were rather stingy with the teabags, small points but for a four star, we would have expected attention to detail. |

The hotel was strategically located in Geneva, close to the train station and a 10-minute walk to the lake. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. If I go back to Geneva this hotel would be my number one choice. Breakfast was not included in the package. |

The location was good and close to the train station. Walking distance to lake Geneva too. Once I got back from my holiday they sent me a letter saying that I had eaten packets of peanuts from the minibar worth $6 chf and that they have already deducted it from my credit card!! And infact we didn't take anything from the minibar!!!! |

very convenient location (five minutes walk from train station, 5 seconds to the best N0 13 traim bus). Reception staff is professional and knowledgibal. We stayed in a junior suite. There are 9 chairs in the room. Thongh this makes the room more romatic, also leave less space for moving around. Might consider reduce two or three. |
