Everywhere ıts the fırst ımpressıon that makes ıt the best. On reachıng the Hotel, we dıdnt have anyone at the Bell Desk to take the luggage from the car to the hotel. The reason the concıerge later gave was " Shortage of Staff , what can we do ? " I was surprısed to hear that kınd of a statement. We were made to waıt for an hour as the room was not ready at check-ın. Further more, my famıly and I were ın the room when we heard someone knock and ın a span of a second , he even opened the door usıng hıs master card. I asked hım : why cant you waıt tıll we open. We were comıng to the door. Hıs attıtude was bad and he gave a " Sorry " for the sake of ıt. Hıs conscıous dıdnt make hım feel that he was wrong. Thırdly , whıle checkıng out I was at the front offıce to make the fınal payment. I had paıd an advance at the tıme of check-ın. I was gıven a re-fund sayıng that I had paıd extra. Ok, In few hours , I receıved a text message that so many CHF has been debıted from my account. The amount taken was rıght but that was not the proper way of dealıng wıth such a sıtuatıon. Overall , I would never ever recommend anyone to stay ın thıs hotel. They should know that they are ın the Hospıtalıty Industry rather than showıng thıs kınd of behavıour.

Very nice rooms. Excellent stuff. Good breakfast.

It is near train station and little bit scary at night for my wife. Meny suspitious guys on the street.

- Receiption staff were kind and helpful. - Room service staff friendly and efficient. - The tram coupon and discount vouchers we get at check in. - Fast response to our requests (adapter, internet, ...etc).

- Frequent wifi disconnections - The food options/menu at the hotel (specially Breakfast)

Got ugraded to a junior suite free of charge.

Night staff really unfriendly, otherwise I would have rated the staff excellent. The iron in their ironing section was dirty and stained one of my shirts. Housekeeping cleaned and ironed my shirt free of charge, which was nice.

I liked the location of the hotel. It is based close to the train station.

The view from the window was poor, there was another building, which was not very comfortable.

Room size is fine, of course I don't other romms how it is look like.

Price vs quakity of service, and decoration. There was a renovation during my stay which is make me nervous and can't sleep well.

I do like location a lot! You need only 5 mins walk from the Railway station and it's quite and really very comfortable.

Very good location next to train station and not far from city center

Acoustic insulation was not too good, at least in the Northern part of the hotel the trains can be heard too loud, but I think that's the price of a good location.

Well located and good value for money.

Breakfast not included in the room rate and the hotel staff were not flexible about extending the check out time by a couple of hours without a 50% payment in the room rate.

The hotel is in a good location close to the station and within walking distance of the lake. The card for public transport is a good thing especially as it includes the water taxis. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good, breakfast was also good. The junior suite was ideal for us and our teenage daughter.

Very nice hotel, excellent rooms with a touch of design, free WiFi, great breakfast-rare in Geneva, good location (tram stop just in front of hotel). Very good choice in terms of value for money!

Really a minor one: a little mess at breakfast when there was really crowded and food was replenished slowly
