In the morning, it's very noisy in the corredors. Impossible to sleep.

We were upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was terrific.

I already passed this suggestion along to the desk - but it was very hard to figure out how to plug in a computer charger at the writing desk. I finally found the plugs behind the desk, but had to move the desk to get at them. A plugin point should be obvious to users. Otherwise, great.

Excellent check-in service. Reception staff spoke good English which is most helpful although I speak some French. Room lighting (especially bedside lamps with inline on/off buttons) very convenient. I love the free in-room wireless internet access - very crucial in today's travel -- it was one of the 2 criteria for my selecting this hotel; the other criterion is in-room safe - but the safe was too small to store my laptop computer. The tram service stop in front of hotel to access the central rail station and airport is most convenient. The internet booking rate of chf178 per night and its inroom safe, free inroom wireless internet and proximity to the railway station are my criteria in choosing this hotel. I shall return.

Having a bedside table led clock so we could see the time at night would be helpful. The in-room safe was too small to store my laptop computer- a critical requirement as many travel with laptops filled with data these days.

breakfast should be encluded in the room price.

nice staf, too much noice from train specially in the morning, not acceptable even we stayed on 5th floor, told about it during check out, satff was sorry and told me I could have been moved, but in my opinion all building was same at 9.30 almost all was gone for breakfest, did not look nice, we should ask for each single dish and we got it, but this is not what I will call buffet

It was not the first time I stayed at this hotel. Very nice room but staff sometimes not really cooperative.

staff, comfort, free internet, close to all shopping needs and international restaurant, close to lake Geneva, coffee maker in the room is wonderful, TV with international channels

who cleaned my room did not provide hand soap for washing. I had to buy my own from a close supermarket

The hotel was great !! I got the excutive rooms .. The size was really good ... The hotel was 5 min walk to the main railway station and around 5-10 min walk to geneva lake ... Moreover it is surrounded by many pizzeria resturants ... And grocery and some stores ... The hotel accomodation + service + dinning is really good :)
