Легко найти на машине,близость к центру,дизайн,наличие лифта в паркинг,основательность и внимание к мелочам,дружелюбный англоговорящий персонал. Сложно что-то еще предложить,наверное,это максимум для этого здания в этом месте. |

Отличное месторасположение, тишина, прекрасный вид на озеро и хороший персонал. Просим не забывать, что завтрак предлагается также и вегитарианцам, которых не мало. Отсутствие на завтрак рыбы. |

Номера декорированы со вкусом. Множество приятных мелочей, включая банные тапочки и халат... соответствует уровню 4* Неадекватный цене 30 франков завтрак, очень бедный для этой суммы. Персоналу отеля надлежит быть более внимательным и учтивым. |

Достаточно удачно расположен, очень приличные завтраки, доброжелательный персонал. Побольше швейцаров, неуспевают носить чемоданы, приходится ждать по полчаса пока до тебя очередь дойдет, при том что отель не был полностью забит. |

Комфортабельный, тихий и уютный номер. 1) Были перепутаны номера - с дополнительной кроватью и без. Мы вынуждены были меняться номерами, в результатае чего возникла неразбериха при оплате. 2) При оплате за один из номеров была выставлена почти двойная цена (скорее всего непредумышленная ошибка, но все равно не очень приятно). 3) Кофеварка в номере имела разбитую колбу для воды - для отеля такого уровня это не очень подходит. |

We had a pleasant stay at the Royal Manotel. The staff were helpful, the hotel is clean, peacful and well equiped. The location is great (less than 5 minutes walk to the main train station) also you can find a pharmacy, supermarket, car rental and restaurants infront of the hotel. We did enjoy our stay there and we would highly recommend it. The car park was expensive (CHF40) per day. Some hotels in Geneve offer car park for less. |

We were upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was terrific. I already passed this suggestion along to the desk - but it was very hard to figure out how to plug in a computer charger at the writing desk. I finally found the plugs behind the desk, but had to move the desk to get at them. A plugin point should be obvious to users. Otherwise, great. |

Excellent check-in service. Reception staff spoke good English which is most helpful although I speak some French. Room lighting (especially bedside lamps with inline on/off buttons) very convenient. I love the free in-room wireless internet access - very crucial in today's travel -- it was one of the 2 criteria for my selecting this hotel; the other criterion is in-room safe - but the safe was too small to store my laptop computer. The tram service stop in front of hotel to access the central rail station and airport is most convenient. The internet booking rate of chf178 per night and its inroom safe, free inroom wireless internet and proximity to the railway station are my criteria in choosing this hotel. I shall return. Having a bedside table led clock so we could see the time at night would be helpful. The in-room safe was too small to store my laptop computer- a critical requirement as many travel with laptops filled with data these days. |

Largecomfortable room, good storage, good location. Cooked breakfast wasn't great. But the rest was fine. Room was a bit noisy because of the train station. |

nice staf, too much noice from train specially in the morning, not acceptable even we stayed on 5th floor, told about it during check out, satff was sorry and told me I could have been moved, but in my opinion all building was same at 9.30 almost all was gone for breakfest, did not look nice, we should ask for each single dish and we got it, but this is not what I will call buffet |

Friendly helpful staff who were very patient with allowing me to practice my french. I enjoy a large cup of tea first thing when I awake.There was only coffee making facilities in my room. |
