Huge comfortable rooms with a lounge and kitchen we didn't expect! The food in the restaurant was superb and very well presented with great service. As we don't speak any german it would have been a good idea to have the menu translated into english (reception staff spoke english very well!), or even into french. It was pretty much guesswork what we were ordering (though as already said was excellent food!). |

Cet hotel ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles, nous étions logé dans les dependances, vieil immeuble decrépit.l'appartement bien, mais les volets etaient cassés. La situation de l'hotel n'est vraiment pas genial. |

Trevliga, rymliga rum varav flera med terass. Bekväm inredning och lugn omgivning med fin spa-anläggning. Nära till kabinbana för glaciärupplevelse Restaurang saknas men fanns alldeles i närheten som visade sig vara mycket bra men lite tråkig miljö |

Das freundliche Personal und die Möglichkeit der Nutzung des Solebades waren die wichtigsten Pluspunkte des Hauses.Beeindruckend auch die Beratung über Wandermöglichkeiten durch die Receptionistin. Die Außenanlagen sind weitgehend ungepflegt (so wuchtert das Unkraut entlang des Weges zum hoteleigenen Restaurant so heftig, dass wir uns einen Besuch nicht zutrauten - nach dem Motto, wie wird es hier wohl in der Küche aussehen?); der Garten beim Solebad blieb entgegen den Ankündigungen verschlossen wegen angeblichem Neuansähen des Rasens, was aber nicht erkennbar war. Rezeption war ab ca. 21.30 bereits geschlossen. Kein Personal bot Hilfe beim Koffertransport o.ä. an. Beim Zeitungsangebot war keine Qualitätszeitung wie zB. Neue Zürcher Zeitung dabei. |

el descans es es fortament respectat. si no si hi và amb vehicle a partir dels horaris del bus-ski restes aillat i per baixar o pujar de Mörel ho has de fer a peu, doncs a partir de les 9 de la nit es tanca la recepció del hotel. |
