location,food was good.prices reasonable very noisy from the restaurant ,woken by voices at 11.-30 pm which continued for some time. My wife found the bed sheets very uncomfortable.although very clean.

The location of the hotel was the main point for us. All three Bellinzona castles are in five minutes drive. Locarno and Lugano are in twenty minutes. Modest hotel. Very good ratio price/quality.

The location was very good. The staff were not very helpful when we arrived due to doing duty as a server of the guests at the restaurant at the hotel. The parking was difficult at first because all of the spots were full due to the restaurant patrons. We parked illegally for a couple of hours without getting a ticket and eventually got a parking spot for the night.

Kleines Hotel mitten in Giubiasco. Nett eingerichtet. Zimmer sauber. Personal dürfte noch etwas freundlicher sein....

La situation géographique avant le tunnel du Gottardo Le manque absolu d'amabilité ou d'accueil du personnel. Ni sourire ni mot personnel! Froideur! Qualité misérable de la literie et du meuble de la chambre en général. A éviter si possible!!

Grosse, saubere und freundliche Zimmer. Bequeme Better. Dame vom Hotel kann kein Wort Deutsch oder Englisch, was sehr mühsam war. Auch war sie etwas unfreundlich. Nach Bellinzona muss der Zug genommen werden.

Bien pour l'ensemble. Chambre 28,les bruits de pas et de ménage qui s’effectue le soir entre 21h30 et minuit, a l'étage supérieur qui sont je suppose un appartement de service.

Niets echt een waardeloos hotel!!!! Onvriendelijk personeel, alleen niet te beroerd om je op te lichten voor 45 euro bij het afrekenen. Een benauwde kamer die hoognodig aan renovatie toe was

La gentillesse de nos hôtesses, la propreté et la grandeur des chambres. Situé prés d'un immeuble en construction ,le réveil à 6h16 du matin par les ouvriers. Mais le double vitrage est excellent ,dommage il faisait très chaud donc de fermer la fenêtre.

Plus jamais dans cet établissement ! Ce n'est pas un hôtel digne de ce nom. C'est plutôt un restaurant qui loue des chambres et qui se fout royalement des clients ! Jusqu'à la fermeture, nous n'entendions que des bruits de vaisselle, casseroles, etc. Et dès l'ouverture...ça recommence !
