The location of the hotel is great, in the pedestrian zone and close to the lake. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really nice. In the end, it is a bit too expensive for what you get. But I guess Lugano is just a very expensive city and generally overpriced. |

The staff is very nice and kind. The first impression of the hotel was good. Our room had insects - the bed bugs. The whole night was unforgettable because of that. We could not sleep, because we felt insects on us, but couldnot believe that, after turning the light on we found a plenty of them. It was horrible, we could not believe that in the center of Europe. And if they are in one room of the hotel, then that means they are all over... |

Staff very helpful, great central location and very close to the lake. Room was clean and tidy and a good size for the price. You could hear a pin drop in the room next door. |

i like the person who worked in the morning shift because they were nice to us and gave us lots of information we need. I do not like the person who worked in the night shift, I think his name starts with "F". He was rude. He could have told us in nice way to turn the volume down, but the way he approached was like blamed guests(us) face to face and with bad attitude, I was quite confused if his position is the guest or the staff because normally guests blame staffs,not the other way round. That person is the worst |

It was in the center You could hear the other people in the next room, the rooms being separated only by a sliding door. It should be put a wall instead of the room, or given only 1 room to people and the other one kept empty, when people are not coming in a group to use both rooms. Room for breakfast small for the size of the hotel. Had to wait. |

Small hotel in pedestrian area of old town and just one block from the lake. Clean and adequate plus easy to get to from railway station via funicular and a short walk. A good choice for a short stopover en route if you like to be in the main shopping area and near the primary area attraction (lake front). Simple continental breakfast. |
