The room was above the entrance and there was noise some nights at all hours. Complaining to staff got little to no response.

Location, in the middle of the center, shopping street, no cars. Free Wifi. Parking (do not belong to hotel, need to pay about 24 eu per night) just behind the hotel. Restaurants 50-200 m away. Small coffee shops near. If you there not to spend the time in the hotel, then it is very fine. Saff are fine.

I understand what is value for money. In this case I knew where I was going to stay, and probably next time I will chose the same hotel. But, if you coming for a romance... Or you want something lux, then you should may be consider something different. Here location is 5+. Rooms are not London type small, but small. It is smoking friendly hotel, so keep in your mind to ask for smoking free room if it is important for you. Breakfast is coffee / tea + bread + chease = poore. I did not like - they have started to do some construction works in the hotel befor 8 am on the weekend day. Was very unexpected to wake up with that sound. Everything else was fine.

Not much, Well located, but hard to find a car park nearby. Smelt like an old hospital very basic facilities

only the hotel location was good

room was too small and there were 2 tv in the room it was just about 10 inch screen. one small fan which didnt solve any purpose.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und es arbeiten sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter dort, die auch Deutsch sprechen.

Приветливый персонал решавший все наши проблемы. Расположение отеля - лучше не придумаешь. Приходили в отель только переночевать и принять душ, с этим проблем не было никаких. Швейцария - дорогая страна, предложенную стоимость отель очень даже оправдывает!

Colazione carente

netter Empfang, ruhige Lage mitten in der Altstadt, zu Fuss ab dem Funicular in 5 Minuten erreichbar, sehr saubere Zimmer mit schönen, kleinen Details ausgestattet.

Ottima posizione, centralissimo. Massima riservatezza . Tranquillo e buona pulizia. Personale attento e disponibile. Attenti ai minimi particolari.

Ho trovato l'hotel molto comodo, in pieno centro storico, vicinissimo alla fermata della funicolare che arriva dalla stazione. E' possibile raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti il lungo-lago, il casinò, piazza della Riforma, e tutti I luoghi di interesse. In questo periodo c'erano anche chioschi natalizi nella piazzetta, con musica jazz dal vivo. Di fianco c'è anche un supermercato coop, comodo per acquistare anche ad esempio l'acqua da bere per la notte, se non si vuole bere l'acqua del rubinetto, visto che l'hotel non ha il bar. La camera singola è di dimensioni sufficienti. Comodo è il fatto che la doccia e il bagno stanno in due vani distinti, in quanto il bagnetto, essendo la doccia a parte, rimane asciutto. Il bagno della singola è comunque minuscolo, ed è opportuno chiudere la porta per accedere al lavandino. La mia stanza era molto silenziosa, ma essendo a lato della chiesa, la domenica mattina, le campane fungono da sveglia. Non c'è la cassaforte in camera, ma possono tenere eventuali valori nella cassaforte dell'hotel. La colazione è abbastanza abbondante, comprende brioche e vari tipi di pane al tavolo, con formaggini, marmellate, nutella, burro e miele, caffè con latte o tè. Nel buffet c'era anche succo d'arancia, frutta e fette biscottate. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, e c'è anche un guardiano notturno.

L'unico hanicap, se così, si può dire, sono le campane della chiesa, la domenica mattina, se si vuole dormire fino a tardi.
