Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good, choice at breakfast was slightly limited but this is only a minor quible. The rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. The water park was great and overall I think this is a very good hotel and a great all round package for a family. The only slight issue could be location, the hotel is about a 10 minute car or bus journey from the centre of St Gallen so you are not within easy walking distance of anything else other than the waterpark and a cinema but for us and I think most people this is not a problem, especially as the parking at the hotel is free and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. |

Het management was zeer behulpzaam bij het vinden van oplossingen. Rustige kamers niettegenstaande drukke partij in de lobby en restaurant.Uitvoerig en kwalitatief ontbijtbuffet Dit was niet onze eerste ervaring met het hotel en zijn over al die jaren dat wij dit hotel kennen zeer tevreden. |

Tout est parfait mais ne pas choisir cet endroit pour la vue, c'est dans une zone commerciale, pas de bruit par contre. Bonus: accès aux glissades & bains gratuit en tant que client de l'hôtel |

Free Internet access, big public fun swimming area, free table water in the room, free parking, shopping mall in walking distance. They are sometimes mean for a late check out. Ask in advance if you need to stay longer then 11 a.m. |

J'aime vraiment beaucoup cet hôtel, c'est la 2me fois qu'on y retourne. Pour moi c'est un de mes hôtels préférés. Tout est parfait, les chambres, le petit déjeuner, le restaurant, les bains inclus dans le prix! La vue serait très joli, malheureusement il y a cet zone industrielle qui la bouche un peu. |
