When I asked at concierge about a Japanese restaurant "BIMI", he introduced me another new restaurant near the hotel. But, this restaurant was not run by Japanese, and the dishes are not real authentic Japanese dishes. For Japanese tourists, the concierge should introduce Japanese restaurants run by Japanese.
Very small rooms.
the hotel is flawless in appearance and has a very central location. Staff very welcoming and attentive.
Air conditioning! there is a centrally located system that just does not seem to work. my room was very warm on a cold january evening and it was impossible to get any flow of cold air even at -6 out of the system. Housekeeping agreed but failed to address the matter. Probably lost my next return to another hotel next month.
everything about this hotel is just perfect, and the breakfast is just amazing and the service is super.
From the moment we arrived until the end of our short break at the Savoy, we were looked after so well by their staff. Everybody at reception, housekeeping and in the restaurants made our stay so enjoyable.
Rude staff After I left; they double charged my credit card which was NOT authorized They claimed it was for all kinds of unsubstantiated 'damage' which none of us have any idea of!! i took great lengths to talk to the general Manager who was also rude and hostile
Location, location, location. Plus efficient and polite staff.
About everything else. Tiniest room in decades of travel. Very basic, almost modest toiletries. Average to modest breakfast. Unfriendly lobby and meeting facilities. Breakfast ends at 10 am sharp while bar opens at 10:30. !
Amenities, staff and beds and bedding.
I would have liked more choice with fruit at breakfast and a buffet as in the Baur Au Lac
I am 50 years old living all my life in hotels. I can say with no doubt Clean , very switched on staff , obviously they spend a lot in training . Location marvelous. Will be back soon 100%
Nothing to be very honest
The sense of ultimate elegance. The supper, the food, the service, and the feeling of exclusivity
Very good location. Excellent service.
Restaurant is closed on saturday night and sundays. Altough there is an alternatif. My bed was not comfortable.
Very rude terrible room no qarmt
Great location and hospitality
Gym available near by but is not complimentry from hotel and charged 20€ per session
Everything were great
We liked everything about the hotel and staff. A great deal of thought had gone on to the decor . The Orsini Restaurant was excellant.
Extremely stiff and unfriendly service, especially at the reception. It was as if they were forced to give service. Generally service was very poor for a hotel of this reputation.
Poorly-trained staff kept offending my business partner and I throughout our stay. Not sure if they didn't know proper English or they were just downright rude but restaurant manager on three occasions to: 1) "Hold on!" When asking him for a glass of water. He did this while raising his hand as if telling us to shut up. 2) "You're free to sit outside." While we were having breakfast and he was trying to get everyone out of the restaurant to clean up. 3) "No laptops allowed!" When my partner opened his laptop for 2 minutes to check a document. Horrible service from a supposedly top class 5-star. Much better value for money in the area. Don't waste your money.
They are paying attention to every detail
Price is rather high
Location is great
The best location in town.
Nothing just the location
The way for the staff they are un polite and aggressive
Everything was amazing, spacious room and great location. Very helpful staff.
The A/c was not good enough. The room was a little hot during the day, we had to keep the balconey door open for a breeze.
