What my wife and I liked most was the location of the hotel, but we also enjoyed the comfort and size of the room. Although the rooms are large and have good furniture, they lack decoration and look a bit shabby. |

Excellent location - just in the next block from the main station; good room, good breakfast. Only minor points - wi-fi and breakfast are extras to price. |

The reception staff were helpful. The room was nice, not that large but clean. The best thing was the location of the hotel, right next to the train station in the centre of town. |

This hotel is very convenient for the station and the centre of the city. The receptionist was very off-hand when we arrived - she was on the phone on what seemed to be either a personal call, or at least one that was not being conducted in a business like way - she was chatting as opposed to talking. The hotel has no restaurant, despite the photos you the booking.com website, which looks as though it has. |

It was so convenient to the Train station and the Christmas market which is what we went to Bern to see. The staff was very welcoming and happy to give recommendations on food, etc. The only downside is that you have to pay for wireless internet. |

Der Empfang war wie immer sehr freundlich und man zeigte sich sehr flexibel, was meine Wünsche anging. Außerdem ist es Tag und Nacht kein Problem, wenn man das Hotel betreten möchte. Beim Frühstück war die Servicekraft recht langsam und man musst bis zu einer Viertelstunde warten, wenn man einen bestimmten Saft oder Brötchen haben wollte, nachdem der Korb leer gewesen ist. |

このホテルに泊まるのは3回目でしたが、今回はstandard double roomのsingle useだったため、部屋も浴室も今までで一番広く快適でした。しかし、前2回は部屋にエアコンがありました- がこの部屋にはなく、受付に聞いたところ半分くらいの部屋がエアコン付きで、あとの部屋には付いていないそ- うです。一晩よく眠ることができなかったと言ったら、窓の前が人が歩けるようなスペースだったのに、そんな- に暑いなら窓を開けて寝たらどうかと言われました。ヨーロッパの夏はかなり暑いので、泊まる前に自分の部屋- がエアコン付きかどうか確認した方がよいと思います。 |

twinの部屋はバスタブ付きで部屋も広くまあまあですが、singleの部屋は機能的ではありますが、国- 民宿舎を思わせる作りでした。地の利がよいせいか、ホテルの設備の割には、割高感があります。インターネッ- トも最初うまくつながらず、料金もけっこう高かったです(ロビーのパソコンはただで使えますが)。スイスの- 首都は物価が高いんだなあと思ってしまいました。 泊まった日の受付は、けっこう気の強いreceptionistで、ちょっとやりとりにうんざりしました。- |
