Our stay at Hotel Schiff-Battello was very enjoyable. Together with the convenience and wonderful music of Jazz Festival plus atmosphere of Ascona made it truly special. We would recommend this Hotel to all.

Waterfront location, lake view, people watching. Our upgraded room had a streetlamp right outside the window that prevented us from leaving the shutters to our balcony open. The room got stuffy as a result.

Excellent location on the ascona promenade. Everything very accessible / beautiful view. The hotel manager is lovely and very helpful - makes the hotel feel very welcoming. Although an excellent location, you pay for it. The hotel facilities wouldn't justify the price alone. Perfectly clean and well kept, but basic. The balcony rooms with lake view are definitely the best. If you stay here, get one of them!

Die super Lage direkt am See.Die freundliche, aufmerksame Bedienung. Schönes Zimmer mit 2 Balkonen und seitlichem Seeblick. ReichhaltigesFruehstueck mit Seeblick. Da es sehr heiss und schwül war, habe ich die Balkonzimmertüren über Nacht offen gelassen. Dadurch wurde ich immer wieder durch Spätheimkehr die laut in den Gassen lärmten gestört.

Feines Kleines liebevoll geführtes Hotel an bester Lage, direkt am See.Wir waren vor einigen Jahren schon dort und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Das Besitzer Ehepaar führt das Hotel in der dritten Generation und sie sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel mit vielen schönen Details.

Die Zufahrt zum Hotel war bei der Anreise nicht gewährleistet. Die Koffer mussten vom Migros-Parkhaus zum Hotel von Hand in das Hotel geschleppt werden. Ich werde in Zukunft nur noch in einem Hotel mit dazugehörigen Parkplatz buchen.

+ Sehr zentral + Direkte Sicht auf den Boulevard und den See (dennoch ruhig) + Gute Matrazen und Kissen - Im Hotel riecht es immer nach Desinfektionsmittel (aus den vielen Gang-WC) - Qualität gut, jedoch 80er Standard im Zimmer (Bad 90er Standerd)
