breakfast could be extended a little (but is was good already). The use of internet and minibar i would like to see included in the total price voor staying in the hotel. No extra charge for it. |

Excellent Location, Excellent room space I booked the superior double, Excellent facilities, Good breakfast, the Hotel is well designed and kept. The Bathroom was spacious but there were no curtian for the shower which could be annoying for people who are not couples |

The location is fantastic. It's a 5 min walk to the old town. Have a after dinner drink at the bar of the hotel. It seemed to be "the place" when we were there. And the sound isolation sees to be good as we didn't hear a thing when we went to our room.Word of caution for the rooms: not all seem to be renovated...and some appeared rather small...Not ours, though, ours looked new, modern and big |

Good reception, upgrade of room, parking ticket provided at reasonable rate; good location to visit Luzern Airco not functioning efficiently and toilet necessities provided in bathroom really kept to a minimum. No bar facilities and breakfast rather elementary. |

L'hotel is a few minutes a foot from the train station, in a quite street, the room and bathroom are spacious. Cleaning is minimal for a four star hotel because for three days there was something on the floor that has not been sucked. |

Mainly the fact that it is close to the railway station. Also the staff was very nice and caring Sleeping at the 4th floor we were disturbed until 2 a.m. by the noise of the disco and people (staff?) throwing bottles in the inner court, usually a quiet place in hotels |

wir hatten ein standard zimmer gebucht und erhielten zum gleichen preis ein superior zimmer dies fand ich toll. man hörte die musik aus der discothek im zimmer gut was etwas störend zum einzuschlafen war. |

La gentilezza della persona alla reception. La localizzazione nel centro della città. Il fatto che mi abbiano fatto automaticamente un upgrading, (immagino) avendo già soggiornato in passato in un hotel della stessa catena. Il deodorante utilizzato nella camera, la localizzazione sopra alcuni ritrovi serali/notturni, che non hanno permesso di potere tenere il balcone aperto durante la sera/notte. La moquette per terra in camera (sebbene fosse pulitissima). |

De locatie was OK om Luzern te bezoeken of uitstappen te plannen. Lobby uitstraling / gebrek aan bar / gebrek aan parking --> niet echt een 4* hotel. |
