Excellent location, beautiful park, the Tamina Terme is very close and easy to access, they also sell the tickets to the Therme at a very good price. I stayed in the castle rooms, they are very cosy. I particularly liked the heater in the bathroom, so that bathing suit could get dry very quickly. The breakfast was tasty. Hotel provides bathrobe and sleepers, there is own spa facilities. Very quite, excellent air, excellent staff, the owner is very friendly and shaked hands with every guest at the check-out. Wifi was available only in the lobby. The furniture was quite shabby, no minibar in the room.

Very friendly personal, family atmosphere, nice interior, very good kitchen. the restaurant is somebit old-fashioned, nevetheless the food is excellent

Fantastic find in Bad Ragaz! I was working in Schaan and an easy drive. Beautiful surroundings! Wish I could have stayed longer and got to enjoy the spa and surrounding area!

Rooms are clean, breakfasts are quite good, personnel is really friendly, excellent panoramic view from the window. I think this is the best price/quality offer in this part of Swiss and especially in quite "expensive" Bad Ragaz. An advantage also is that it is ~10 min. walking to thermal spa in 5* Walenohoff (the same services for 3 times less price =)) Well, when you book the room in a castle you expect to live in a castle. There are a few rooms though (and the lobby), the rest are small houses in courtyard. But the view is spectacular anyway...

- la très belle chambre dans un pavillon avec petite terrasse à plein pied - le personnel très pro à l'image du couple de direction - la très bonne cuisine en demi-pension - le petit-déjeuner très riche - la situation dans un parc magnifique Absolument rien!

- Äusserst freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, ungewöhnlich positiv, dass es junge Schweizer-Damen waren, mittlerweile doch eher selten (Reception)! - Schön im Park gelegenes "Bungalow" - Sehr schönes Zimmer (Deluxe) - Überdurchschnittlich gutes Frühstück - Kein WiFi im Zimmer (Soll in Zukunft jedoch Ausgebaut werden, auch in den Zimmern) - Da das Areal relativ gross ist, muss man die Reception erst suchen (Sollte ab Parkeinfahrt besser beschrieben sein. Bei Zimmer und Wellness-Gebäuden ist es ja schon vorhanden)

Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Kissen. Das im Preis mit inbegriffene Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Zimmer sind teilweise sehr hellhörig.

Super Essen, welches wir für 35.- Fr. Dazu nahmen! Sehr freundliches Personal! Wir bekamen zusätzlich kostenlos ein Upgrade;) Leider war der beheizte Pool nicht offen... Sprudelbad war gegen Gebühr.

Wir waren in einem Bungalow, der vor zwei Jahren renoviert worden ist. Haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt - gut beheizt, solide Baumaterialien. Es liegt an der Schattenseite des Tales.

Persönliche Begrüssung bei Ankunft von Herr und Frau Zettel sehr schöne "Geste" Sevierpersonal sehr freundlich! Vielen Dank Wellness-Bereich, Bad seeehr klat (Winter) kann nicht benutzt werden, dann Sprudelbad nur mit Münze benutzbar, wurden wir nicht informiert
