great setting by lake , easy spot to get to having flown into Zurich and picked up car hire. Good for first or last day of trip via Zurich

While room was overlooking lake with street/bot station, it was very quiet. Breakfast was very good.

Minor: Haven't seen anyone @ reception during 2 nights stay. Could be problem for some people.

The view across the lake was incredible. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and updated which resulted in a very comfortable stay. The staff was extremely friendly.

Parking was available but small area which was very tight.

Rooms at the front have balconies and fabulous views of the lake. Rooms are modern and pleasant. Fridge is provided for your own use. Staff were mostly excellent especially Mina. Breakfast was a good selection. Nice lounge area.

Could do with some hot choices at breakfast. One really stroppy waitress at the hotel restaurant who really doesn't like you just sitting on the empty patio for a beer and not ordering food. Rooms at the front do have street noise but you can't have the view without it.

The location. It was simply stunning.

We had a little balcony looking out over the lake - doesn't get much better than that. The room was just big enough and very clean. We were only there for one night but we were very happy with everything. Nothing special in terms of decor or style, but the location can't be beat and the staff was incredibly helpful and sweet.

Slow internet compared to other hotels

I had a single overnight stay and arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning. Even so, the staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and friendly and prepared me a small breakfast to suit my early departure. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. I had a room facing the sea on the 4th floor. The view was tremendous. All in all, highly recommended.

The views were beautiful. Had a corner room higher up and had views of the lake from the front and the side. Wonderful location would definately stay again.

The internet connection in our room was weak or none existant. The bathroom fan would not turn off. Old style hairdryer; could be upgraded.

Personalet var behjelpelige. Beliggenheten.

Dvs når de var tilstede. Jeg var der i en mellomsesong og det bar hele byen preg på. I tillegg grått og kaldt vær. Rommene var gamle og slitte, bortsett fra badet som var veldig bra. Enkel frokost.
