Warm, comfortable, spacious interiors and rooms throughout the building. Wide stairways, large lifts - the library area with coffee machine and lounge room would serve well in winter time. HIgh quality fitted rooms and bathrooms - ours had an amazing balcony terrace overlooking the mountains. The fridge in room was a plus but no tea or coffee in room. The bed & bed linen (doonas / pillows) so comfortable. Friendly greetings everyday from staff. Hot breakfast was plentiful and served in area away from the Tour Groups.

The location is very convenience and the room is well designed with luxury space. Breakfast was very nice with good selection. No dinner service. Parking is outdoor with full of snow and rain.

The service and staff were really responsive friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean. The location is excellent for trains/ski shuttle/restaurants/shopping. A bit expensive for the simplicity if it all.

Very nice hotel. We had a room with balconies and it was nice to sit outside and watch the streets. Very quiet hotel. Breakfast was fine. Strange bathroom with toilet seperated by a wall but in the same room.
