Convenience due to the hotel's location and especially the staffs' friendliness... Bar closes too early ... 12am even on weekends, seemed rather strange to us. TV didn't show any cartoons or kid programs, in English, to entertain the kids in the late evening. |

The hotel staff was very helpful as our room was not ready when we arrived and we were offered coffee on the patio which was very nice...the room was quite adequate but I felt the price was a bit high for the accomodations |

the location which is just opposite to railway Station. Also Starting point of tour excursion is very near within 3 minutes by walking. price too high, breakfast limited varities for vegetarians |

The hotel was ideal for travelers reaching the town via the main train station. It is for people who enjoy being in a crowdy lively area, not for relaxation. The rooms clean, updated and considered a high comfort standerd. The weather was hot, thus, the AC will not work in room unless you insert the one key copy they provide. This will keep an hour or so in a warm room untill the rooms gets cooler after. |

Close to the shopping and restaurants area. The AC is not working. When I asked to fix the AC issue, they told me this is as good as it can gets. They supply a fan to close the issue (which did not work). Do not go if the temperature is over 20 c degrees |

Hotel is just across the road from station and centrally located to all sights. It was spotless and well serviced. Breakfast was excellent - great range of food and exemplary service. Double glazing on windows ensured it was silent at night, even though Zurich was in the middle of a festival and we were on the main road. |

It was conveninetly located, had a very nice interior, good breakfast. The staff frequently visited us in our room to ask if everything was fine. There is no need for more than one such visit as it interrupts your relax. I am happy to call reception if I need anythning so no need to be asked. Apart from this all was good. |

Location is exactly what is promised--directly across the street from train station, which was fabulous. The hotel is lovely, the staff eager to help and very courteous. We were upgraded to a fantastic large corner room with a view of the train station and Bahnhofstrasse, and it had a huge marble bathroom with two sinks. Hotel is quiet even on the busy streets because they have triple-thick windows. They have a business center with two computers and a printer for free use by guests, and this was wonderful. The breakfast buffet is good and again, the staff helpful and courteous. Hotel is in perfect location for walking around, shopping, seeing the old part of the city, museums, etc. The hotel restaurant closes early and is not open for dinner on Sunday, and although the staff is helpful and courteous, they were not too knowledgeable on what was going on in the city, ie concerts, plays, etc. |

Very professional and friendly staff. Made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived by offering us a drink. Room was very clean and had all the comforts. Tea and Coffee making facilites were available in addition to fruit and chocolates. Loved the Hotel and will stay again. |

Superb service and most accommodating staff. Breakfast to die for and a dinner restaurant to rival any one anywhere. The little luxury touches of fruit, water and chocolates in room are indicative of the standard of care and attention one receives at this hotel. Welcome and departure gifts ....a reason to return. No disappointments at this establishments! |
