The location is excellent, it is located front of the train station and in the shopping street. i like the free afternoon snack and juice services located in the lobby. The free wireless network is great and covering all the hotel area.

Perfect location perfect stuff clean

In the bathroom products are really bad. Teo years ago you had Bulgari products which are perfect for these range of hotel

Such an elegant hotel in the traditional European style. We were especially grateful for the assistance in getting our bags onto the train.

The hotel is very convenient to the shopping areas. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were adequate, containing the necessities.

The air conditioning could have been a little better, but opening the windows took care of that.

The Room was so small, I can hardly move. Not a good value for money . I didn't expect such room

Room has a great design with colours perfectely balanced . Excellent breakfast with fresh quality fruits and vegetables. Choice of cheese and hand made jam for different moods all in a very elegant atmosphere.

Friendly, helpful staff. Beautifully appointed room. The special evening treat.

The presentation on your website about the rooms (beds, bathrooms), have nothing to see with reality, especially the cheapest ones. For a standard single room reserved, I obtained a single room with a bathroom as you offer on the web, but without sofa.

Always an attentive staff. Very comfortable accomodations. I was unexpectedly offered an upgraded room due to previous stays. This hotel is reminiscent of past upper class facilities that are now only extant in the most expensive hotels.

I was present at the time of the new year holiday; so, the restaurant and bar were not open on contiguous days.

Location, near railway station, old town and shopping district.. The staff made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Price, is very expensive, more suited to business people on expense accounts. Rooms on the small side for the price charged.

Arriving late at night, a single woman, I wanted a hotel that was easy and safe to find. The Schweizerhof fulfilled this criteria excellently. the service was very friendly and attentive and they seemed to press chocolate on you at the drop of a hat.

It was expensive but if you want a luxurious break its worth it. My only niggle was that I had a single room and the bed was electric, which was fun, but it was still only a single bed, a double would have been nice.

It is one of my preferred hotel in the world, staff excellent and location superb so easy to get to and from. Breakfast excellent I have only good things to say about Schwiezerhof Zurich, please continue and take so good care of your guests.

The staff where very friendly, did every thing and more for us.

Convenient to the train station and airport. Lovely and relaxing after a crazy week of working at the Basel Art Fair.
