I was very pleased at the hospitality offered by your staff. Also I appreciated the electronic facilities and overall comfort in my room. In addition, I liked the breakfast very much. I was a bit disappointed about 2 things. We stayed at your hotel in the double room with my elder brother and we were really displeased that there was only one counterpane on our bed. It was very uncomfortable for us to sleep in such conditions. Also I wish the quality-price ratio in your hotel was more reasonable. |

We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff, and all the facilities offered in the room made our stay most enjoyable. The breakfast and service provided were outstanding. |

Great location. Service is excellent. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Best breakfast buffet in Europe. The rooms were a bit cramped, but nicely decorated and clean. We requested a quiet room after all the comments we read and received a room facing the courtyard - it was really quiet. The rates for Monday - Thursday went up significantly. |

The breakfast I've travelled on business for 42 years with much of it international and lived in Europe for 11 of those years. I felt that was terrible value for the high cost. Small, cramped room and bath/toilet. The wireless internet was such that I needed staff to assist (not a problem for all the other hotels including the Schweizerhof in SassFee). Not all the of the electrical outlets worked. And it was the most costly I've stayed in for years. |

Everything - the staff were first class. The room was well equipped with all kinds of helpful accessories. It was good to have a large bottle of mineral water supplied free of cost and that breakfast in the room was included in the room rate. |

Usual business services are good, and friendly. Lack of air-conditioning is a potential problem under certain circumstance.Otherwise not too bad. Room Size very poor. |

The little extras, like a welcoming Prosecco on arrival and on returning (tired) from shopping. And a selection of revitilising toiletries brought to the room in the evening (in addition to the usual bathroom goodies) Nice nurturing touches! The horrendously expensive evening meal. Even by usual 5* Hotel standards it was astronomical |

Very convenient location I did point out to the hotel that the "high speed internet" service was a joke. 10 mbs is certainly not high speed and, worse, the connection kept dropping. They did remove the SWF26.- charge and I suggested they follow hotels such as the Royal Plaza on Scotts in Singapore that do not charge but advertise "Free Internet". They could do this by simply putting up rates by say SWF20. |

Right across from the train station the location is excellent to explore the city and train excursions to the surrounding area. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. |
