The hotel is so conveniently situated and the bedrooms were really soundproof despite overlooking the Station. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful and we did appreciate being allocated the accommodation exactly as requested. We certainly hope to return to the Schweizerhof. . |

the hotel is in a excellent position for commutingon on public transport,I thoughly enjoyed my overnight stay, I would stay there again. I am not used to so much service it was full on but that is what you are paying for. |

I liked the friendliness from the moment we entered the lobby until we left. I also liked the promptness of cleaning and preparing room from one day to the next. We eat in the Café Gourmet et sa boutique du caviar and found it to be very expensive for the amount we received. This was the only down in our trip to the hotel. |

I was very pleased at the hospitality offered by your staff. Also I appreciated the electronic facilities and overall comfort in my room. In addition, I liked the breakfast very much. I was a bit disappointed about 2 things. We stayed at your hotel in the double room with my elder brother and we were really displeased that there was only one counterpane on our bed. It was very uncomfortable for us to sleep in such conditions. Also I wish the quality-price ratio in your hotel was more reasonable. |

Great location. Service is excellent. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Best breakfast buffet in Europe. The rooms were a bit cramped, but nicely decorated and clean. We requested a quiet room after all the comments we read and received a room facing the courtyard - it was really quiet. The rates for Monday - Thursday went up significantly. |

The breakfast I've travelled on business for 42 years with much of it international and lived in Europe for 11 of those years. I felt that was terrible value for the high cost. Small, cramped room and bath/toilet. The wireless internet was such that I needed staff to assist (not a problem for all the other hotels including the Schweizerhof in SassFee). Not all the of the electrical outlets worked. And it was the most costly I've stayed in for years. |

Everything - the staff were first class. The room was well equipped with all kinds of helpful accessories. It was good to have a large bottle of mineral water supplied free of cost and that breakfast in the room was included in the room rate. |
