Hotel Seeburg

ホテルから湖越しに見る雪化粧のピラタス山は絶景です。湖側の部屋に泊まることをお勧めします。お湯の出方- 、暖房は申し分ありません。部屋の調度品も統一感があり好感がもてました。朝食は量、質ともに満足できまし- た。朝食レストランの雰囲気、スタッフ共にかなり質は高いです。また、泊まりたいホテルです。

2泊目夕方はホテルのクリスマスデコレーションの点灯初日だったらしく、向い側の公園でのバンド演奏がかな- りうるさく、結局、夕食は市内のレストランでとりました。他の方のレビューで夏場はこの公園でのバンド演奏- が頻繁にありうるさいとのこと、ゆっくりしたい方は夏季の宿泊はやめた方が良いかもしれません。市内（駅）- までは24番バスで10分程度、昼間は20分間隔、夜は30分間隔です。あまり不便は感じませんでした。ち- なみに片道SFｒ2.80です。

We loved the position,overlooking the lake..with mountains in close distance....A 3km walk into Luzern or catch the No24 bus,which stops outside the hotel...Although a tad expensive the room was very pleasant & comfortable with a small balcony..A very upmarket bathroom with a great shower......

Service was very uninternational and not 4 star standard. (Basic service, no extras not one inch)

Nice view and surroundings

Perfect location (at the beginning of Lucerne lake promenade), clean comfort rooms.

The rooms with lake view is slightly noisy because of street in the front of building

Hotel staff was very nice and everyone spoke English so it is easier to understand each other.

Outdated room and bathroom.Small tv was not working until my last day there.I Did not like night Bar right across the street that belongs to the Hotel with loud music until 2am. Every day if you leave the Hotel and come back between 5pm-9pm you where not able to find parking spot even you are a guest of the Hotel (answer to that when complained was "Well, first come, first serve".) It was very hard to drive around looking for parking spot approximately 30-40 minutes every day.

We had a wonderful lake and mountain view from our room. There was lots of choice at breakfast and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The view from the room was amazing. Although the hotel is a bit outside Lucerne, one could easily walk to the city, or take just a 10 minute bus ride to Lucerne city center.

The room could be so much better, if only it had some new curtains and more modern furnishings. No free internet wi-fi is just not acceptable. Also Internet connection in the lobby was terrible.

Very easy access to public transport and wondeful unimpeded views of the lake and country side.Quality equipment ,lovely open air esplanade and good service and very helpful reception desk staff..

Lake facing rooms do get a little hot. Personally had some difficulty adjusting to the very soft pillows ,over soft matress and the customary ( in Switzerland)eiderdown- too bulky for warm season

The only thing that was negative about my stay is when I was ready to check out ,the front lady at the desk that morning had a bad attitude and was not friendly..We already reported the incident to the manager ,however a small incident like that does not reflect the overall excellent service and stay the hotel offered,I will go back and stayin this hotel again for sure

Its location, the warm atmosphere and the overall services

The old terminal building needs refurbishment but as far as I know it is already scheduled by the hotel's administration.

Great location, lovely room, clean & spacious bath, wonderful breakfast
