Отличный вид из окон, выходящих на озеро. Довольно близко расположен платный пляж. В отеле собственный ресторан, спа. В целом очень высокий уровень отеля. Есть определённые проблемы с парковкой, особенно вечером, так как в ресторан приезжает много не постояльцев. |

We loved the position,overlooking the lake..with mountains in close distance....A 3km walk into Luzern or catch the No24 bus,which stops outside the hotel...Although a tad expensive the room was very pleasant & comfortable with a small balcony..A very upmarket bathroom with a great shower...... |

Quiet and comfortable bedroom (at the rear - the rooms with a view of the lake at the front can be noisy from the main road), with a lovely panorama of mountains and lake from the breakfast room. I wish that this, along with many other hotels, would act upon their much vaunted environmental policy with regard to reusing bath towels etc.... |

Comfortable and spacious room; attentive and couteous staff; lake view. not possible to get light meals, particularly at dinner after a good lunch elsewhere. |

Every one of the staff that we dealt with were very nice & helpful. One of the days it was raining & we did not have an umbrella & the front desk loaned us one for the day. |

The loud music in the garden/bar opposite the Hotel in the early afternoon and the cigarette butts all over, plus having been offered a camel to try and smoke, that is not acceptable. |

Perfect location (at the beginning of Lucerne lake promenade), clean comfort rooms. The rooms with lake view is slightly noisy because of street in the front of building |

Hotel staff was very nice and everyone spoke English so it is easier to understand each other. Outdated room and bathroom.Small tv was not working until my last day there.I Did not like night Bar right across the street that belongs to the Hotel with loud music until 2am. Every day if you leave the Hotel and come back between 5pm-9pm you where not able to find parking spot even you are a guest of the Hotel (answer to that when complained was "Well, first come, first serve".) It was very hard to drive around looking for parking spot approximately 30-40 minutes every day. |

Very nice location, with garden/bar opposite right on the lake. The barman, who was german was very good at speaking english and helpful. Overall it was a good two night stay. |

The view from the room was amazing. Although the hotel is a bit outside Lucerne, one could easily walk to the city, or take just a 10 minute bus ride to Lucerne city center. The room could be so much better, if only it had some new curtains and more modern furnishings. No free internet wi-fi is just not acceptable. Also Internet connection in the lobby was terrible. |

Lake front view was great. I could have sit right there the entire day. Night scene of mountain from the restaurant downstair is great too. slightly over priced for the outdated indoor facilities. |

Very easy access to public transport and wondeful unimpeded views of the lake and country side.Quality equipment ,lovely open air esplanade and good service and very helpful reception desk staff.. Lake facing rooms do get a little hot. Personally had some difficulty adjusting to the very soft pillows ,over soft matress and the customary ( in Switzerland)eiderdown- too bulky for warm season |

the staff and th sevice was excellent The only thing that was negative about my stay is when I was ready to check out ,the front lady at the desk that morning had a bad attitude and was not friendly..We already reported the incident to the manager ,however a small incident like that does not reflect the overall excellent service and stay the hotel offered,I will go back and stayin this hotel again for sure |

Its location, the warm atmosphere and the overall services The old terminal building needs refurbishment but as far as I know it is already scheduled by the hotel's administration. |

We loved all there! The best hotel we have ever stayed. The X-mass decorations were amazing like in a tally fare . The food at the restaurant was excellent and all staff is very helpful and friendly. Easy&quick to get to the city-centre by using the local bus. I'm sure we will be back to this wonderful place! |
