The hotel is excellent. The details are great, like the tiles in the bathroom, the wooden floors, the artwork. It is neither too fancy nor the plastic pre-fab stuff you get in lower priced places. It is an older building that has been refurbished in a thoughtful, stylish way. I particularly like that there are two doors (in one doorway, not two entries) which dampens noise from the hallway. There is wireless internet and free computers set up in the hallway, another nice touch. |

Situated in a nice and quiet surrounding although close to the city centre. The nice wooden floor in the room, which is much more agreable than wall-towall carpet. The bathroom was so small that the lavoire was situated in the room itself. |

Visited the city of Zurich; shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and sightseeing. Also enjoyed day trips to other cities and towns in Switzerland. Returning to the hotel every evening was a pleasure, the staff was helpful and the restaurant was exceptional. The hotel was wonderful! |

Very nice location, 5 min by trm to the old town centre. On a quiet road so good night's sleep is guaranteed. Breakfast buffet is varied and well presented. Personnel are courteous and helpful. No negative comments really. A bit overpriced as value for money, but I 'd definitely stay again. |

Excellent location near the lake and park. Excellent courteous service from staff. Enjoyed several meals at Italian restaurant. Had stayed there on business trip 25 years ago and wanted to give my wife the same experience! Did not expect a narrow room in the loft with double bed against the wall from the description given. |

I thought the staff was very helpful, the room was nicely sized for 2 persons and the shower was wonderful! The food at the restaurant is very good as well. I thought the room was a bit dusty upon arrival - the floor in the closet was dirty and given that there was no furniture to place clothing in, i cleaned the closet. All ledges were dusty as well as the phone in the room. |
