Centrally located in Zurich on the interesting old side of the city but close enough to cross the river by foot to the shopping of the Bahnhofstrasse. And if you have a car, it has parking a rarity in downtown Zurich. |

Breakfast was good but in a very small room. The hotel rooms are extremely small even by Swiss standards and many are located on the side of a noisy street. Beware when you find ear plugs issued along with other toiletries in the bathroom! This hotel was not good value for money and I do not recommend it. |

Very good hotel, friendly staff, good room with nice big bed! Wifi internet for free and a good breakfast. Close to restaurants, the city center and the lake. It was great! |

Location is very good - 10 min walk to city center. Convenient parking service. Friendly staff. Good both for businness and for tourism. |

Convenience & accessibility. Staff were very helpful. Free wireless access was good. No, but would be handy if breakfast could start a little earlier on a weekday (i.e. 6.45am). |

Location was fine, close to/in center. Friendly and helpfull staff, free wifi. Nice design of bar/restaurant. Rooms themselves are a bit on the older side, but facilities are still fine. |

Ideal location (placed in the city center, very close to the train station and in front of the lake). Friendly staff. Free WIFI. It is quite pricy but in Zurich almost everything is expensive. Poor variety in breakfast. It would be nice to have sockets next to the bed. |

Excellent quality Continental breakfast, especially the breads. Staff spoke English very well and was helpful in explaining how to travel by train around the Zurich area. Parking space was available directly behind the hotel and was easy to access even with a relatively large car (Peugeot 407 wagon). Our room was a triple and was larger than many other triples we stayed in. |
