Friendliness of staff and location convenient to tourist and business facilities in Zuerich. More information needed in advertising regarding parking of cars. Hotel staff could not/would not recommend inexpensive eating establishments. Hotel bar extremely expensive. |

The hotel was well located and the staff informed, helpful and polite. The standard room was clean, comfortable and the bathroom a decent size. At the discounted price of 200CHF it was a good value for money for a city/weekend trip. Even though the decoration of the room was intentionally minimal, i found the atmosphere a little too cold. |

Staff extremely helpful. Close to train station. Quiet area. Basic amenities, whic is what you need for visiting, without compromising cleanliness. |

Centrally located in Zurich on the interesting old side of the city but close enough to cross the river by foot to the shopping of the Bahnhofstrasse. And if you have a car, it has parking a rarity in downtown Zurich. |

Breakfast was good but in a very small room. The hotel rooms are extremely small even by Swiss standards and many are located on the side of a noisy street. Beware when you find ear plugs issued along with other toiletries in the bathroom! This hotel was not good value for money and I do not recommend it. |

Very good hotel, friendly staff, good room with nice big bed! Wifi internet for free and a good breakfast. Close to restaurants, the city center and the lake. It was great! |

Convenience & accessibility. Staff were very helpful. Free wireless access was good. No, but would be handy if breakfast could start a little earlier on a weekday (i.e. 6.45am). |

Location was fine, close to/in center. Friendly and helpfull staff, free wifi. Nice design of bar/restaurant. Rooms themselves are a bit on the older side, but facilities are still fine. |

Es ist sehr zentral gelegen für meinen Zweck. Ich besuchte eine Weiterbildung und einen Event im Theater 11. Das Hotel ist mehr als in Ordnung.Was mich befremdet ist, dass man für ein Frühstück zusätzlich 15 Franken zu bezahlen hat. |
