Loved the staff hospitality! Excellent and very warm.
Very friendly and present staff, clean room, very nice breakfast
Some noise at 08;00 am but that was ok
clean free mini bar in room excellent breakfast included excellent location
wi-fi did not work unfortunately
Excellent location, friendly staff, excellent WiFi, very clean.
The proximity to the tram made this an absolute gem for our family of 4. The room was clean and breakfast was great - my husband and I were pleasantly surprised to find scrambled eggs and bacon in the buffet. I highly recommend this hotel to traveling families!
Location, friendly staff, complimentary minibar and lovely bath products. Good breakfast too.
Lack of ac, tea/coffee facilities in the room.
Good location and good breakfast.
The size of room and the size of bed was really small.
Breakfast selection, especially the yoghurt Friendly staff who gave extensive advice about Zurich Very short walk (<10 minutes) to restaurants and cafes; tram line 2 minutes away Location by the lake (less than 2-minute walk)
Small lift No desk in the room Slow wifi
The staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and I liked that the WiFi was free and it was a nice gesture to have a limited but free mini bar.
The noise. Our room was on the third floor (302) which was supposed to be the quiet area but we were awakened at 6.00am by a very noisy delivery to the kitchen of the hotel opposite. The kitchen staff were always outside smoking and talking loudly.
Very overpriced for the accommodations. I will not return there again.
Good location for getting into centre of Zurich, very helpful and friendly reception staff (and very apologetic about a minor problem which was immediately rectified).
The location, the Kiel's toiletries and the excellent breakfasts!
Very noisy location. Earbuds were provided but these were very uncomfortable and promptly fell out if you turn in bed. If windows were shut completely to block out most of the noise there's absolutely no ventilation and rooms get too stuffy!
excellent breakfast. friendly staff at both reception and in breakfast room. short distance from railway station. very convenient for circus knie
I like the hotel very much - the location is great, close both to the lake and old town. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good. The staff is excellent, special thanks to Denise, she was very professional and helpful.
Location Value for money Parking place available
Poor WiFi Reception is not 24 hours
Good location for both business and pleasure. Great breakfast!
Staff was friendly.
The pictures do not correspond to reality at all. This is not a hotel but rather a youth hostel. We were tricked by the pictures. The rooms are very small, the shower is more like a plastic box. The interior is very poor.
Noisy Very basic
The staff were so friendly & helpful
Just one thing; there was only one socket and I couldn't watch tv and charge my ipad! otherwise a great stay.
Very good location for the opera and good value when compared to other hotels. Zürich is not cheap!
Friendliness of staff good products in bathroom
Lack of heating at night no BBC no CNN
Nice location - close to the city centre and there are many restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood.
In the description, the hotel says the parking is "on site", but when we arrived, we were asked to park in the underground public parking near the Opera House with chf 39 per night. Next morning, we found out that other guests parked their cars right behind the hotel, which we were not informed at all. Even if the "on site" parking was full, that should have been explained to us; This gave us a bad impression.
Arrived late and they made accommodations for after hours check-in. Easy parking and central location. Room was simple but comfortable.
Rooms could use a little updating, bed was well worn but still comfortable for a night's sleep
On the second day of our stay, our room wasn't cleaned properly. There were balls of dust on the floor. Also bathroom needs renovation.
