very central (10m far from Cathedral) No parking discount so deserve 17€/day to add to your account. Very bad smell in the toilette. Nobody made the room during all day long. No American Express accepted even if logo showed and used for web reservation. |

Excellent place, nice view, very good location, breakfast is very good They informed at the reception that breakfast is till 11-00 but in reality it was till 10-00 and I was surprised when was asked to move outside the restaurant to finish my breakfast |

Excellent site directly on the lake; modern room of very good design with magnificent view; good swiss kitchen During our stay it was very hot (36 c) so an ac would have been useful; however I can imagine that during the rest of the year the temperature in Luzern is much lower so it may make no sense. |

Comfortable junior suite room with balcony and lake view but like a throw back to the USA 1950s Swedish modern look. Room was comparable in size to other superior double rooms we had on this vacation. Good balcony with a pretty view. Good food Helpful staff Expensive!!! No air conditioning, no pool, out of the way so have a car or take the bus to get to what's happening. I would classify it as a 3 star plus hotel. |

Abbiamo apprezzato la fantastica posizione sul lago con vista su Lucerna e il Pilatus. La camera De Luxe era stupenda. La camera era pulita ma comunque sulla parete del wc c'erano polvere e schizzi. |

La vue extraordinaire sans route devant la chambre, le calme, la gentillesse des hôtesses du petit-déjeuner et du personnel en général, la cuisine personnalisée des œufs au petit-déjeuner, la chambre super confortable, la borne internet à disposition dans le hall d'entrée, la carte des Whiskies au bar. Accès compliqué aux chambres du pavillon, l'électronique capricieuse des serrures ; être dérangé en fin de journée pour des questions de contrôle interne du service en chambre ; la carte du restaurant, sophistiquée et pauvre, difficile de manger un plat simple le soir ; certains membres du personnel font parfois peu d'efforts pour rester compréhensibles à des non-germanophones. |

De ligging aan het meer is prachtig en de kamers zijn heel ruim evenals de badkamer. Hier is op details gelet: toilet kan door glazen wand afgescheiden worden van de rest van de badkamer Wij hadden een wijds zicht verwacht vanuit onze kamer maar aangezien wij een promotieprijs hadden kregen wij een kamer op de onderste verdieping waar het zicht zeer beperkt was. Aangezien het toch maar op doorreis was vonden we dit niet zó erg. |

Le personnel était vraiment très agréable ettrès acceuillant. Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses, la vue est exceptionnelle... Le restaurant était egalement excellent, ce fût un de nos plus beau séjour dans un hôtel! Bonus: les fruits dans les couloirs... Super! |

phantastische lage, vor der glasfront des zimmers der see ,die berge und in etwas entfernung die bucht von luzern. sehr geschmackvoll moderne einrichtung.empfehlenswertes restaurant kein bidet !! im ansonsten tollen bad.der übergang vom haupthaus in den neubau ist nicht gelungen und schlecht beschildert. |

La ubicación, las vistas, las instalaciones nuevas, la zona de baño en el lago, el desayuno. El edificio nuevo, donde me aloje, me parece excelente, sin embargo la decoración y muebles de la habitación (no las delas zonas comunes) parecen no corresponderse con la calidad de la construcción. Suele gustarme que haya mas accesorios en el baño (tipo jabones, y otros). Me hubiese gustado que el barco que lleva del hotel a Lucerna tuviera un horario mas extenso, incluso que funcionara de noche. |
