Seehotel Hermitage    

Upea hotelli suoraan järven rannalla Pilatus-vuorta vastapäätä. Näkymä hotellihuoneesta oli henkeäsaplaavan kaunis. Hotelli oli selkeästi luksustasoa ja palvelu erinomaista, pienimmätkin yksityiskohdat oli otettu huomioon, myös aamiainen oli maittava ja monipuolinen. Suosittelen ehdottomasti hotellia matkaajille, jotka haluavat majoittua hieman etäämmäksi (noin 12 minuuttia bussilla) keskikaupungin hälinästä, nauttia rauhasta, designista ja upeista puitteista. Upea kokemus!

Nice hotel, good rooms, breakfast is good. Very nice view for the room.

Expensive, restaurant too. Room not cleaned, one day. red card accidental outsite the door (all day), but nobody seems to care/alarmd that there is no respons from the guest in the room. No check up by phone to the room or to the guest (mobile). If something happend in the room.....??

Excellent!! We are stunned by Superb view of Lucern Lake and surronding mountians. Room is very big. Staff are really kind and professionally. I am strongly recommended++.

The smell of cooking from the kitchen that spread in all around the hotel, overpriced breakfast with limited collection, parking should be free since I paid high rate for the room, internet signal was very bad in my room# 210

very nice panoramic view on the lake, nice big rooms and toilets, you can even get a bicycle from the hotel, loved it

Hmmm, I would say they enter your room if you are not hanging any comment (do not disturb/Clean my room) out of your door step

Spectaular hotel. Perfect location. Great ambience. Spotless and good sized, highly comfortable rooms. Coffee and tea facility in the room.Top place to stay in Luzern.

The Hotel view is very nice and I am very happy to see the view from my room, the rooms are spacious. Also the Staff are very cooperative and Honest. I forget my Handy-cam outside area of Hotel and left to Titles, In the evening I came back and found at reception. Which impressed me a lot, I recommend this Hotel for Families and Young Couples .

I did not find soaps in the bathroom only they put liquid wash.

Nice staff,nice room(big and with lake &mountain view). And they prepared rose and fruits for our honeymoon. Very much recommend.

Parking is not cheap.

View, view, view. Location is great & quite. 5 minutes away from center of town, by car. If you don't have a car, stay in town's center. Quite rooms, always a plus. View of the lake is amazing to wake up to every morning.

Had to pay to park. Not right in principle. Food a little expensive especailly breakfast if you only have cereal and coffee.

Just in front of the bus station. Staff are really nice, and provide a lot info about traveling. Mordern and new room. Very nice hotel.

No AC in the room. The heater is central control, thus a litter bit to warm during evening.

It's a very good hotel. The personnel at the Reception Desk are really kind and professionally efficient. Parking is easy and comfortable in the convenient car parking just beside the premises. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view. Kind and attentive personnel in the surprisingly good Hermitage Restaurant that serves classic dishes with a creative touch in a cosy and relaxed traditional ambience.

Looking out from my room to the magnificent view of the lake and the mountains. The easy bus travel to the main centre of town. Friendly staff who speak English.

No comment - I loved every minute of my stay.

Given the higher costs of life in Switzerland I was stunned at the level of excellence offered for the cost of the room. The room (&hotel) was modern, elegant and impeccably maintained.

It was a wunderfull Hotel. Its one of the most beautiful Hotel i went in Swizerland. The food was very good aswell and the dinner room was Romantique. The room view was juste wouaw!!! And the room aswell and very modern disigne perfect for our anniversary trip thank you to the Hotel

The price is quite hight but its the good price for what it is

Simply brilliant! Part of me wants to keep this hotel a secret so that it doesn't get touristy and spoiled. This is the best property we have stayed at in all of Europe. The rooms are beyond compare- the views are breathtaking. You would be foolish to even look elsewhere. It is hands down the most beautiful, stunning property.
