A lovely small hotel ,quiet,peaceful overlooking a great view. Friendly staff.

This is a great friendly hotel. Very comfortable beds which mean you get a good nights sleep. Location close to a major road- though not too close so as you can hear traffic.. Decent size rooms. Great views! Very friendly staff and nice food. Some people may say the food is expensive but it's on a par with the rest of town. Great place. I will stay again.

Location and comfort. The shuttle service to the airport is excellent.

Good Location with easy access to Lucerne and surrounding attractions. The hotel has wonderful lake and mountain views from the waterside balconies , restaurant and outside dining areas. Parking is free and extensive.Staff is very friendly and helpful and the grounds and buildings are well cared for.

We preferred to dine at restaurants away from the hotel since the hotel dining room menu was extremely expensive and did not provide good value or choice. The mini-bar was also quite expensive to the extent that it was not used at all during our stay. The buffet breakfast offered very little fresh fruit but canned fruit was available. Occasionally subtle traffic noises were heard from highways and railway lines across the water at some distance from the hotel.

The location is superb, the views from the hotel over the lake are excellent.

Hotel location is perfect for the family / couple stay. Its right on the lake with beautiful view of the mountain from the balcony. The staff is very coperative and very good service. I would definately recommend this hotel for stay.

Kids play area is open only on Weekend. I Stayed for 8 days and my kid can use the kids play area only once. Breakfast Buffet should have more varities (specially for Vegetarians). Shuttle service from Main Station (luzern Banhoff) should be provided by hotel.

The room was impeccable and the toiletries and bathroom were excellent for a 4 star hotel. The restaurant with a lake view and private beach were beautiful. Its was great to see the proprietress working at reception and setting a great example for the staff, who were a bit less hospitable than she was.

There were flies in the dining area, but this could be down to the lakeside location. Reception staff were a bit funny about lake-view room which seemed to have been chosen on booking, showing us their German equivalent printout with definitions for rooms that had not much to do with the options given by Booking.com. They nontheless changed us for a small difference in price and it was worth every penny.

A lovely setting right on the lake, with stunning views out on to the surrounding mountains. Very helpful staff, courteous and friendly. Great breakfast. We had a room overlooking the lake, with a decent-sized balcony. Well worth paying the extra for the views.

The only criticism - the food at dinner in the restaurant was disappointing for the prices charged.

This hotel is wonderful, we loved it so much , we loved the location in front of the lake , we loved the modern furneture, the staff are so friendly.the place of the breakfast is perfect.

The room and it bathroom is a little bit small. We wished it was larger, the breakfast does not have many choises.

Quality , scenery and attention

the location is absolutely perfect right on the lakeside the weather was perfect wich allowed us to have our meal outside overlooking the lake and mountains there is nothing cheap about this hotel but you get what you pay for and the food is superb.
