I visit this hotel for the last 20 years.Always a very high level of service and personalised attention.leaving earlier than breakfast.no problem.They offered spontaneously to prepare a "mobile" breakfast.rooms very clean.all well.

Spacious new clean rooms, good beds, great service. Breakfast is fairly good. I totally recommend this hotel

A lovely small hotel ,quiet,peaceful overlooking a great view. Friendly staff.

This is a great friendly hotel. Very comfortable beds which mean you get a good nights sleep. Location close to a major road- though not too close so as you can hear traffic.. Decent size rooms. Great views! Very friendly staff and nice food. Some people may say the food is expensive but it's on a par with the rest of town. Great place. I will stay again.

Location and comfort. The shuttle service to the airport is excellent.

Hotel location is perfect for the family / couple stay. Its right on the lake with beautiful view of the mountain from the balcony. The staff is very coperative and very good service. I would definately recommend this hotel for stay.

Kids play area is open only on Weekend. I Stayed for 8 days and my kid can use the kids play area only once. Breakfast Buffet should have more varities (specially for Vegetarians). Shuttle service from Main Station (luzern Banhoff) should be provided by hotel.

The room was impeccable and the toiletries and bathroom were excellent for a 4 star hotel. The restaurant with a lake view and private beach were beautiful. Its was great to see the proprietress working at reception and setting a great example for the staff, who were a bit less hospitable than she was.

There were flies in the dining area, but this could be down to the lakeside location. Reception staff were a bit funny about lake-view room which seemed to have been chosen on booking, showing us their German equivalent printout with definitions for rooms that had not much to do with the options given by Booking.com. They nontheless changed us for a small difference in price and it was worth every penny.

This hotel is wonderful, we loved it so much , we loved the location in front of the lake , we loved the modern furneture, the staff are so friendly.the place of the breakfast is perfect.

The room and it bathroom is a little bit small. We wished it was larger, the breakfast does not have many choises.

the location is absolutely perfect right on the lakeside the weather was perfect wich allowed us to have our meal outside overlooking the lake and mountains there is nothing cheap about this hotel but you get what you pay for and the food is superb.

This was a wonderful spot on the lake. The room was great with a great veiw of the lake and mountains. Close to the city and you can even borrow the free bikes at the hotel and take a ride to Luzern. Not far and a beautiful ride. The food was also great. Would recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again and plan to if we can.

Nothing that I didn't like. Maybe the cost, but this is Switzerland and you know if you come here it is going to cost you.
