Todo perfecto, excelente la amabilidad de el 100% de los empleados, de los dueños, la amplitud de las habitaciones, las vistas maravillosas al lago y la montaña e inmejorable el desayuno en el jardin. |

Las vistas al lago y a las montañas imponen mucho...La cercanía a Lucerna es fantástica en cinco minutos accedes a la ciudad, para verano y primavera es un hotel que merece mucho la pena Los recepcionistas no hablaban francés y esto dificulta bastante la comunicación |

Buen desayuno. El personal muy cariñoso y profesional. Ambiente familiar.Habitacion muy grande. Gutes Fruehstueck, das personal sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer sehr gross. Las camas un poco pequenias, el colchon muy blando. Das Bett ein wenig klein und die Matratze zu weich. |

The staff were very attentive, even supplying my 77 year old mother who was celebrating her birthday with a cake! The location is stunning. The bathrooms are rather small. |

Seehotel Sternen provided us with beautiful views and a really relaxed environment right on the lakefront in Luzern. The hotel is out of town and requires a short walk and then 20 min bus ride to Luzern. Return trip for 2 is 16 euros. For longer stays or evenings this can be akward especially in winter/ bad weather. |

The service, the staff, the atmosphere, nothing was to much trouble for the staff, it felt very welcoming and we will certainly recommend to our friends and we will be going back there. |

Everything. The room was lovely and comfortable. Hotel's location is great for relaxation. Hotel provides free bicycles and internet and the breakfast is great. The staff were very nice and polite. |

Lovely hotel in beautiful location - stunning lake views, spacious modern, very clean rooms with balconies, terrace restaurant & bar, garden with loungers. Food is quite expensive but of excellent quality and half portions are available. Staff are friendly & efficient. 15 min bus ride into Lucerne. Bathroom rather small, but well appointed, good shower. |

Hotel in a beautiful location next to the lake. View of mountains. Plenty of walks. hikinng, biking possibilities. Lucern city easily reachable by car or by public transport in a few minutes. Wonderful restaurant with lake side terrace. Good food and very nice and efficient staff. |

Kindness of reception employees. Breakfast was a bit pover, the room was hot as there was no airconditioning or fan (which you may expect of hotel in this class), Small sized bathroom. Smelly carpets throughout the whole building. |

Hospitality and excellent service with a smile and a personal touch. The hotel room was comfortable, clean, well equiped and also nice for our baby. The location was quiet and situated on the border of the lake, while not far from the highway. |

I asked for lake view rooms, paid more, but no doubt it was worth it, beeing in this location in a room without lake view is waste of time and money. The staff was givving the best service you can ever get. |

It was absolutely fantastic for our romantic weekend. We enjoyed the breakfast next to the lake, the bicycle ride (free bikes available from the hotel) and the moonlight walk on the hill. One restaurant and the room are smoke-free : great !! |
