Modern architecture and decoration somehow out of the context of the location. Services polite and efficient. Good to find a parking with no cost. Not easy to find and is not really on the border of the lake albeit not too far but no view on it. Checkout at 11 am (preferred 12 pm). Housekeepers too noisy in the morning... |

Goed ontbijtbuffet, gratis internet toegang op de kamer, voldoende gratis parkeer ruimte, bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Het is onmogelijk om de kamertemperatuur te regelen, het is vooral 's nachts te warm. Raam kan maar een klein stukje open. Belachelijk dikke te korte dekbedden op een wel heel hard matras. |

Die kunst - volle Ausgestaltung und die relativ ruhige Lage. Sehr nette Angestellte. Das Frühstück war gut, in anderen 4-Sterne-Hotels gibt es aber auch Proseco und Rührei zum Frühstück. Wir dachten anhand der Beschreibung, das Hotel sei am See. Als Wellnesshotel verdient es nicht vier Sterne. Diese Punkte müssten auf der Homepage kommuniziert werden. Wenigstens die Seesicht müsste anwählbar sein im Internet. Dafür hätten wir auch mehr bezahlt. |

La disponibilità dello staff nel prolungamento del check out Ho notato che tutte le stanze erano dotate di climatizzatore mobile, ma il tubo di scarico dava sul davanzale impedendo la chiusura della finestra : "un albergo 4 stelle non può avere questo disservizio!!!! |
