Boutique Hotel Seerose  

Absolutely loved the view over the lake as I watched the sunrise at 5:30am. The manager was extremely accommodating and gracious. He upgraded our room to the view room with great politeness. The room was clean, well arranged and very quiet. We'd come back in a heartbeat to explore the walking trails and mountains around Spiez and Thun.

Location and great views, friendly staff, clean rooms, good continental breakfast with excellent dining on the water.

We stayed at hotel Seerose for 10 minutes, the staff were polite and nice, but that is all the positive I can say.

Some of the rooms are situated in the "backyard", across the road and parking lot, where there is no view to the lake. The rooms look bad from the parking lot, more like poorly maintained cottage huts. The bathroom was clean, but poorly maintained, as if it was still in the 1970'S. The room was very simple, with a small balcony ouside. As we opened the door to the balcony, sigarette smoke poured into our room, the neighbour was sitting 1,5 meters to the left, smoking.This room is a 2 star room, not 3 star as advertised at Booking.com. We immediately left the hotel and found a real 3star hotel in Leissingen, a cuple of kilometers closer to Interlaken. In the night we visited the city Thon to the west. On our way back to Leissingen we passed this hotel and saw that now our room was rented out to a couple in the 60'S. We had reserved 3 nights at hotel Seerose since we trusted Booking, and was charged with one night....

Practically the location of its Restaurant is really good - weather permitting, one can enjoy a really nice breakfast on the terrace, just beside the lake. The view is spectacular and it's a really relaxing way to start off your day. I presume the rooms found on this side of the hotel, also have this view, however our room was situated in another building just across the road from the main building of the hotel, therefore we could not enjoy this view from the room itself.

There was no one at the reception desk upon our arrival (early in the afternoon), and we had to wait a good quarter of an hour before someone did come behind the desk. Thing is, the girl's job clearly was not that of a receptionist...she didn't give us any information whatsoever and she could not speak to us in French or English...Another thing was that on our second day, the maid did not provide us with shower-gel/soap....we had to leave a written note so as to make sure that we would get shower-gel the next day!

Great location on the Thunersee. Retaurant and wait staff were very nice and personable. Excellent food and wine, although pricey.

Room was a bit cramped, particularly there ws no convenient place to lay out our bags.

لا يوجد ثلاجه النت ضعيف في الغرفه عدم وجود الاستقبال بعد الساعه ٩

酒店就在图恩湖边，环境非常美，酒店很舒适，老板非常热情

Traumlage am Thuner See, große tolle saubere Zimmer sogar mit eigener Kaffeemaschine, wunderschönes Bad, Parkplätze vor Hotel, Top-Wohlfühl-Restaurant mit Blick auf den See und vorzüglichem Essen, wir frühstückten bei herrlichem Wetter auf der Terrasse direkt neben dem Wasser (einmalig!) mit grandioser Aussicht auf Berge und See, die Hotelmitarbeiter überschlugen sich fast mit freundlichem Service und aufmerksamer, zuvorkommende Bedienung !!! Wir werden wiederkommen!!! Viele Grüße aus Bayern !!!

Da das Hotel von außen stark beleuchtet ist bzw. mit Scheinwerfern angestrahlt wird, kann es sein, dass man bei länger geöffneten Fenstern schon mal ne Spinne im Zimmer hat. Das ist aber kein Mangel und auch nicht zu vermeiden. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war herrlichstes warmes Spätsommerwetter und da gibt es leider die meisten Spinnen.

Traumhafte Lage, sehr guter Gastgeber, wirklich gutes aber nicht ganz billiges Essen

Wir verbrachten fünf erholsame, wunderbare Tage am Thunersee, zudem spielte das Wetter einfach einmalig mit! Wir fühlten uns jederzeit bestens im Hotel Seerose aufgehoben und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal! PS Auch wenn wir ohne eigenes Auto unterwegs waren, kein Problem, im Gegenteil, mit den ö.V. ist es immer sehr spannend! Herzliche Grüsse vom Zürichsee!

Das wohlfühlen wurde einem von Anfang an leicht gemacht: tolle und freundliche Mitarbeiter, Service und Details wie im 4stern hotel. Sogar Café war im Zimmer und Mineralwasser kostenfrei. Toller ausblick aus dem zimmer, dringend zimmer mit balkon buchen. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr gutes Abendessen mit einmaliger Kulisse. Sehr persoenliche Atmosphäre. Motorradgarage und genügend Parkplätze am hotel. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt. Macht bitte weiter so, seeroesler.

La proximité du lac de thun

Hôtel surclassé, chambre dans l'anexe,de l'autre côté de la route ,qui ressemble plus à un clapier qu'à un hôtel. Surface minimum, cloison légère avec la chambre voisine, on peut tenir une conversation entre deux chambres. Bien que ce ne soit pas paris, c'est très bruyant une bonne partie de la nuit. J'ai connu des hôtels en Suisse bien plus accueuillants il y a quelques années, on se croirait dans un formule 1... les temps changent, mais en mal!
