The studio (a very effectively furnished room and a newly renovated bathroom) was in a beautiful Liberty building close to the Enge Station. Tram number 7 (connecting with the Main Station) just stops in front of that building. We have a very pleasent stay and this accomodation was simply wonderful. |

Well-equipped and generally well-designed. Nice location and a beautiful building. Good value, compared with other hotels in central Zurich. No electrical socket in the kitchenette. To heat water, we had to put the kettle on the floor beside the bed. |

For the moment, it is quite impossible to criticize something. Efficiency, kindness, respectfulness, comfort...all was there. The fact that the main entrance remains open all the time. |

Great location close to downtown and very close to train station. Staff was very helpful and referred me to a free-bicycle rental near by which I highly suggest for we saw so much more of Zurich than we would have otherwise. A bit of a sterile feeling to the room and the fan didn't work properly. The kitchen power was difficult to figure out. |

The location I didn't like the cleanness of the room. Suite is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. |

The part of the city the apartments are located is very central and convenient. The apartments are not airconditioned, which requires leaving the windows open all night. The road next to the apartment has a very noisy tram and lots of noisy cars. If you're a light sleeper, you'll be completely out of luck here, it is one of the noisiest inner-city apartments I have ever stayed in. |

The apartments were well fitted out and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and welcoming as well which makes a big difference. The apartment was too warm and when the windows were opened the noice from traffic and the bells during the night was disturbing. It could do with a small airconditioning unit. |

A very nice place, as advertised, charming house, newly furnished room, functional kitchen. Excellent transport links by tram (one stop to station for airport train, or a few stops to downtown), very convenient for a city trip. The heating was on too high, perhaps this is good for those who are cold, but window had to be kept open at night (in June). Didn't see a temperature regulator, must be central heating. The bed could have been harder. But all this is minor, the place was good. |

Very clean. Kind reception. It is bit noisy due to tram station proximity. No instructions were found to use the telephone, so I could not contact reception desk when needed. Reception desk is 300 meters away from the apartment in a separate building (Ascot hotel). |

We looked for a self catering hotel in the area and this was the one we found. The location is excellent and there is a tramstop right in front of the building. We were very pleased that we booked the room with the twin beds, even though it was a good deal more expensive, because the alternative rooms with a double bed would have been a disaster. The bed is extremely narrow and small. We thought the difference in price for a room with a double bed and a room with twin beds was very high. The fact that the price does not include breakfast or any food at all, makes it even more expensive. It would be nice if the hotel would provide a teabag and some coffee and sugar for guests to use at arrival before having time to go to buy food. |
