Seestrasse Apartments Drei Könige  

The hotel is going truth a big and deep renovation works. Extremly loud ! Lot of dust ! Very cold ! Also they are saving on the workers, so very strange people are coming in and out. My wife was alone for one day and she get scared.

The location was quite good close to public transport.

The bed was a fold down. Not really acceptable at this price. The pillows were awful. It was noisy with the bus stop outside the window.

Simple, no nonsense. Has a nice little kitchen included.

No room cleaning on weekend. Not really a hotel - an apartment with a few basic amenities.

The matras. And the way I was received and treated at the reception. But that's it.

Nearly everything. Where to start? Furnish and colors made me consider suicide, extremely noisy (trams, cars and people talking in the street. You name it, everything was very clearly heared in the room), no airco, not one decent seat (it's an appartment, not an hotelroom). I have seen a lot of hotelrooms in Zurich and it's always overpriced, but here the price/quality level is just ridiculous. Dont go here!!

Tramhaltestelle vor dem Haus war bis spät in die Nacht und am frühen Morgen sehr laut. Der Bürostuhl war eine Zumutung und nicht brauchbar Kein bequemer Sessel im Zimmer vorhanden Keine Kaffeemaschine in der Küche Keine Steckdose in der Küche für den Wasserkocher

Réveil le samedi matin 06:30 un peu brutal (car la ville de Zürich a entrepris des travaux sur la voie du tram à 50 mètres de la fenêtre de la chambre. Les murs tremblais. Après avoir aviser le personel, ils n'ont même pas proposé une compensation. Ce qui est un peu légé.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Standard ist untere 3-Stern Kat., Preis ist 4-Stern Niveau. Kalter Boden, Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt.

Ésszerű, kiváló szervezés-bonyolítás az Ascot hotellel együtt. Tiszta, rendes, gondosan kiszolgált hely.

Buona posizione, ben servito dai servizi pubblici, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Nei tre giorni in cui abbiamo sogiornato non c'era il servizio di pizie dell'appartamento.

Sicuramente la pulizia e la luminosità dell' appartamento. Molto gentili al telefono e alla reception; posizione eccezionale (300 mt di distanza dalla linea di partenza ed arrivo della maratona)

Le tende che lasciano entrare troppa luce,la mancanza di un ascensore,e....le campane della vicina chiesa non lasciano tregua..!!

La mia prenotazione al Drei Könige è stata tramutata in soggiorno in un appartamento alla Jenatschstrasse, qualità superiore, per lo stesso prezzo.

Close to center. Tram and rail station near. Wifi. NIce room.

Noise coming from the street even with closed windows in the appartment facing the other side. Noise coming from the corridors - you can easily hear people talking and walking.

Localización y precio.

Habitación para 2 adultos, un bebé, una cocina y mesa para comer es algo pequeña. Mientras haciamos la cena, el bebé dormía en el baño con el cochecito. Para cenar, por suerte nos hizo buen tiempo y podíamos cenar en el balcón y el bebé dormir en su cuna.

Location near Zurich marathon start/finish area was excellent. Small kitchen in hotel room was useful. Peaceful city area, good place to have good sleep.

Small black ants in kitchen were not so nice.

Zimmer im Erdgeschoß Richtung Straßenbahnhaltestelle war sehr laut.

es war viel zu heiss im zimmer & die temperatur konnte nicht geregelt werden (ausser mit öffnen des fensters , was in anbetracht der lage nicht wirklich eine option war --- > tram & verkehr

Günstig und gut. Zweck zum Mittel.

I liked the fact that it is self catering, and the location is excellent.

I think it could be a little more comfortable: the chairs are not comfortable to lounge on and becuase the bed are stow away they are not conducive to reading. The are comfortable to sleep on. The roomds are not serviced on the week-end, althought extra linen is provided for those days, and the bed linen is changed on Fridays.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Tramhaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Man hört das Tram sehr gut, uns störte dies allerdings nicht. Die Einrichtung ist einfach aber zweckmässig und das Zimmer war sauber.

Es war sehr kalt im Zimmer, nur das Bad war gut geheizt. Der Kühlschrank macht einen riesen Lärm, man kann ihn allerdings abstellen. Einige der Zimmer wurden ab 8 Uhr morgens mit viel Lärm renoviert, wir wurden über diese Bauarbeiten im Vorfeld nicht informiert. Der Kommentar der Rezeptionsangestellten: 8 Uhr ist eine akzeptable Zeit für den Bauarbeitenstart. Nach knapp 5 Stunden Schlaf sahen wir dies natürlich anders. Wir erhielten einen Rabatt von 25%, hätten jedoch das Zimmer viel lieber in Ruhe bis 12 Uhr (Checkout) nutzen können! Zum Schluss wurde die Rechung auf einen falschen Namen ausgestellt (erst zu Hause bemerkt...). Das Personal ist - für ein **** - eine ziemliche Zumutung.
