The location is near the train station The bar in the lower ground is a bit noisy but it's acceptable. The restaurant is a bit small. Visitor may have to wait for table for breakfast in the morning. |

Excellent location in terms of connectivity to tourist spots, proximity to Railway Station. Splendid views from your own room. Friendly but very busy staff. We were unfortunately subject to bed bugs which may not be necessarily on account of hotel hygiene but guests previously using the room/bed we were given. |

Superb... location, willing to help staff, room (the view from my room was unbelievably beautiful), breakfast, everything perfect If I had anything to complain about, that would certanly be that the wireless doesn't work in the rooms. |

Panoramic view just out side our hotel balcony. Very close to Train station & cable car, you could view the hotel from the train station but surprisingly we did not disturbed by train noise. Breakfast is unlimited & excellent. |

Our room was very spacious and had a balcony! The restaurant was quite tasty and the views up the valley were wonderful. It's a charming hotel and very quiet. Our room was on the 4th floor, so not having an elevator was a tad inconvenient. However, we were there to hike! |

The hotel had an excellent restaurant with a varied local menu. The staff at reception were knowledgeable and very helpful. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony, There was free wireless internet in the lobby. The hotel was very conveniently located. There was some slight noise from the trains across the street beginning early in the morning, the price for being so conveniently close to the station. |

Fantastic views from our veranda and excellent access to the trains. One of the dinning room waitresses was very rude the second night we ate there for dinner.....nearly ruined the evening. |

It is less than five minutes walk from the train station with luggage and to take the path down in front of the hotel less than one minute. The buffet breakfast was very good with loads of everything. |

The location was great. The hotel staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. It was a very homey and friendly staff and experience. Beautiful area, definitely would stay there and for longer next time. No elevator, but the hotel staff carried our luggage to the 4th floor!! |

The hotel is well located, clean, comfortable, and offers good breakfast. It is quiet and our room had a good view. Plenty of hot water and large windows in our room. Overall, a good place to stay. No. We like everything about our stay here. |

Clean & neat room. Nice view although our room was not facing the waterfall. But the view from the balcony was still very good. Convenient as it is just 2mins walk from train station. Also it is just next to the cable car station to Murren. The staff are nice. Breakfast was ok too. No elevator but we were staying on 1st floor so it's ok. Also the receptionist was so helpful that he even brought my luggage to the room. |

Right next to Lauterbrunnen rail station. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and served its purpose (which is sleeping for us) Staff were friendly. Our room must have been the one with the worst view possible. We were in the middle of the alps but could not get any glimpse of it from our room (#38) I dont know if when not asked you are given such rooms or if the price i paid was appropriate only for such a room (but 150 chf for a night is still a lot!). |

The staff and owner were very accommodating, even letting us bring our lab along, despite the general rule of no pets allowed. Our room was very clean, spacious with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains. We couldn't seem to get the electricity to work in the bathroom by ourselves. Kind of complicated. |
