Central, yet quiet. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. I don't know about 'Value for money' - Zermatt is very expensive for English people.

Hotel Simi is perfectly located in the center of Zermatt, yet tucked away down a quiet street for maximum enjoyment. Family-owned, Simi offers gracious hospitality, comfort, clealiness, classic ambiancy in the lobby, bar and breakfast room. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. We have made several trips to Zermatt and are always pleased to stay at Hotel Simi. I highly recommend Simi for travelers to Zermatt. Because it is a quality, affordable hotel, it is often booked weeks in advance. I recommend boking early to avoid disappointment.

Room comfort The booked hotel was cancelled so we were put in hotel simi as an alternative by booking-com. However the internet in the rooms on the first floors did not work. The reception promised for 3 days to reset the internet which was never done. In rooms at the 2nd floor there is no internet at all. This is a big shame for a 4 star hotel. The only internet was available in the lobby. The hotel is located behind an other building and has a complete lack of daylight. NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL.

Very clean and comfortable and great location The spa facilities were closed until 5pm - thats too late if you return from skIing at mid afternoon exhausted. And they are not very extensive. The musician in thee bar is dreadful and caused me to leave

The room was very spacious and came with a nice balcony (for smokers). For us, we could see the mountain peaks from afar at our balcony and that was great. It was typically a Swiss design but got lots of room for luggage and a toddler to run around. Buffet breakfast was alright. Staff were polite and helpful. The only downside was there was no room service (as there was no restaurant) nor coffee/tea facilities.

The rooms were well furnished, with taste; hotel's location is perfect with its proximity to the central station, to one of the main access points (train) to the ski slopes and to the central street and yet very quiet; hotel's interior and facilities provide for relaxation; staff is very helpful and caring. Definitely recommended! WiFi service somewhat week in the rooms.

Die Lage und die Lobby sowie die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter Kein Heisswasser am Abend nach dem Skifahren, so dass nicht geduscht werden konnte. Frühstück, Personal hat schlecht Deutsch gesprochen.

Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmacksvoll, excellent, vor allem auch die ausgesuchten Materialien. Die Einzelbetten waren sehr gross, besser wäre eine grosse gemeinsame Matratze. Matratze war ein bisschen zu hart. Frühstück auch sehr gut. Ein Tauchbecken in der Sauna hat mir gefehlt und vielleicht ein Zutritt ins Freie!

La situation de l'hôtel est excellente, au milieu du village et sans aucun bruit. Nous avons été très bien servi par du personnel compétentet très serviable. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent et nous retournerons dans l'hôtel Simi lors d'un prochain weekend à Zermatt. Nous l'avons déjà recommandé à des amis.

Het personeel aan de receptie was zeer behulpzaam. We werden ook netjes met een busje van het hotel naar het station gebracht. Het restaurant van het hotel was niet in gebruik. Wel waren er vele, volgens de receptie teveel, restaurants binnen een straal van 100 meter.

Im sehr schönen Aufenthaltsraum konnte man morgens verschiedene Zeitungen lesen und dabei feinen Schümlikaffee oder Tee geniessen. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross, schön und ruhig gelegen. Ruheraum im Wellness

Accueil et service chaleureux et très attentifs. Chambres grandes et lumineuses. Proximité du centre, calme. Manque de lumière pour lire au lit, trop chauffé, impossible de régler le radiateur (il devait faire ua moins 26 dans la chambre.
