Within short walking distance to train station and also around shopping area & restaurants.Last but not least, this hotel provide spacious rooms friendly staffs. Same breakfast meals everyday. |

the room was large. the bathroom was very big. nice balcony but limited view of the mountains. the beds were very firm. the construction noise was continous from 7:30 am until 6:30 pm. the front desk person had a bad cold which I now have. |

Location is convenient Lobby and bar was smoky area, qutie annoying. Hotel staff were not as friendly, breakfast was boring and not 'American' at all. Overall not worth the price. |

Very welcoming and friendly staff, well run hotel. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, and lived up to their description. My only comment would be that we were promised an 'American breakfast' (we assumed something cooked) included in the price, but there was only the standard continental breakfast of cheese and cold meats etc. |

Brilliant location ijn town centre. The friendlliness and helpfulness of all the staff including Stefan aand Christina. The relaxed atmosphere. Complimentary champagne on arrival and complimentary apples throughout the day which even our taxi driver helped himself to. Free internet use throughout the hotel is a plus.The spacious rooms, the breakfast, and hotel facilities. |

It was very close to the train station We did not get anything we asked for. We booked the deluxe room and paid for it, but when we checked in, we were told by the hotel staff that we were upgraded to the deluxe room as if they were doing our favour... we told the hotel staff that our original booking was deluxe room, but the hotel staff insisted that "booking.com" doesn't offer any deluxe room for this hotel. We were insulted. |

sehr ruhig und angenehme Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war leider nicht so optimal, war aber für die kurze Zeit auch kein Problem für mich:-) |

Ruhige Atmosphäre, dennoch Nähe zur Innenstadt und zu den Ausgangspunkten für Bergfahrten (Skiurlaub). Skidepot nicht im Keller (wie häufig bei anderen Hotels) . (Grund der Wahl des Hotels war, dass es nur noch wenige Auswahl uzu Ostern gab und die positive die Bewertung in Booking com Bei Einchecken wies die freundliche Dame von der Rezeption darauf hin, dass neuerdings direkt vor das Hotel ein Neubau entstanden ist, sodaß der Blick vom Fenster/ Balkon direkt auf dieses hässliche Gebäude fällt. Das müßte sich im Preis niederschlagen. (Weiterempfehlung mit dieser Einschränkung s.u.) |
