Extremely relaxing, friendly staff, great pool with a fantastic view, excellent breakfast, beautiful surroundings, we both had a wonderful time. Advertising it as a "singles" hotel confused us a little bit. Although we did witness the staff making lone travellers feel welcome, couples should not be put off. Although I thought the restaurant food was wondeful (being a meat eater) my vegetarian girlfriend felt the range was very limited. Also, the only choice in the evening is full on gourmet food. |

Everything (but one thing) was excellent esp. the fresh juices in the morning, the bathrobes, the fresh available fruits for everybody, the helpfulness of the personnel esp. at our arrival. No airconditioning. A ventilator would also do, but with 30°C it is incredible that a 4* hotel doesn't do anything about it. Would be nice, if there would be more choice in the cereal department. |

I think Eden Swiss is excellent hotel with lots of good qualities. I defenetly would like to recommend this to other users. Even children were warmly welcomed. |

The restaurant was excellent, and the bar congenial. I was most appreciative of the staff''s concern when I could not find my walking cane. I was about to leave without it, but the bar lady made an extensive search and found it--right where I had left it when checking my e mail in the main lounge. Please thank them again. |

Sehr nette Angestelte und schön eingerichtet . Sehr sauber . Es war relativ kühl im ganzen Hotel , ausser im Zimmer . Essen teuer und zu wenig , aber Frühstück lies keine wünsche offen. |

Amabilité du personnel. Chambres et confort, vue et localisation. On nous a proposé un drink de bienvenue qui s'est retrouvé facturé 30 CHF. - Il y avait une différence de 100 CHF sur le prix annoncé par booking.com. - Buffet du petit déjeuner ne correspond pas au niveau de l'hôtel. |
