The location of the hotel was really excellent, and greetings to the nice personnel.

Fantastic location with great lake views - also very close to the station and the town. Clean, modern and comfortable with friendly staff

No hairdryers in room

The room accommodated four people with ease, it was spacious and had a balcony with mountain views. The breakfast room also had great lake and mountain views, and the whole hotel had a great sixties design vibe to it.

The plumbing in other rooms was a little noisy, although the people weren't.

Great location and splendid views over the Lago both from the room and breakfast terrace. Clean, pleasant rooms, professional & friendly personnel.

I booked a single but was given a double. The rooms and the public areas are very spacious. nice views from the breakfast room with a few outside tables available.

It is a small simple Hotel, in front off the lake Maggiore. Our room had a great from view from the entire lake. Receptionist were kind. Room was quite big, bathroom clean and the breakfast was ok.

Excellent location, close to all shops, lake and railway station. Pleasant receptionist. Extensive continental breakfast buffet. Bedroom was spacious and plenty of room to manoeuvre wheelchair. Access to hotel excellent via ramped entry and automatic doors.

The hotel is not suitable for wheelchair bound visitors as lift is quite small. Beds also rather low for more mature travellers and only one pillow on each bed.

Lage direkt am See WC & Badewanne getrennt WiFi vorhanden freundliches Personal reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück nur 2 Minuten zum Bahnhof Balkon

Checkin erst um 1:30 Uhr nachts war dank des freundlichen Nachtportiers überhaupt kein Problem, sehr zuvorkommender Service, sehr sauber, reichhaltiges Frühstück, toller Blick aus den Zimmern auf der Seeseite und dem Frühstücksraum.

freundlicher empfang das Zimmer war am Mittag schon bereit.. schönes grosses Zimmer mit Balkon mit allem Komfort. Nachts sehr ruhig. Nahe bei der Bahnstation. Gutes und gut organisiertes Frühstücksbuffet.

Mejor ubicación imposible, frente al lago y vecino a la estación de ferrocarriles, a pasos del Centro Storico. Las piezas amplias y con balcón, linda vista, buen desayuno (lo puedes llevar a la habitación) y el personal excelente. Buena relación precio/calidad. Lo recomiendo.

Nada. Los valores no es culpa del hotel, todo Suiza es muy caro.

Das Personal (eine Dame) an der Rezeption hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und über alles Wissenswerte informiert. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf See und Stadt.

Dass es in unserem Zimmer keinen Föhn hatte

La cadre au bord du lac est très joli, la vue aussi, le personnel parle plusieurs langues.

La chambre est étroite pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Super Lage direkt am See und Einkaufsstrasse.

Keine Parkplätze für Hotelgäste. Teures Parkhaus oder vor dem Hotel im 2 Std. takt geld einwerfen ist sehr mühsam.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zugleich am See zu sein war optimal für uns. Wir sind begeistert von der Freundlichkeit des Personals und können der nebenanstehenden Bewertung von Ingrid aus Wald ZH nur zustimmen.

Das Hotel wurde kürzlcih super renoviert. Wir waren früher schon zweimal in diesem Hotel und hatten da schon vor allem die Lage schön gefunden. Es ist sehr zentral zum Bahnhof und der Schiffsstation gelgeben. Die Zimmer sind gemütlch eingerichtet und das Frühstück ist vielseitig. Können wir nur bestens empfehlen.

Nähe zu Bahnhof, See und Altstadt. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Super Aussicht Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir waren schon einige Male bei Ihnen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein kleiner Fön könnte nicht schaden. Eventuell sollte die WC-Brille im Zimmer 306 mal ausgewechselt werden.

Die Lage dieses Hotels ist top. Es liegt direkt am See und 2 Gehminuten von der Fussgängerzone entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten im wunderschönen Verzascatal und für nach Luino an den Markt ist man auch nur eine halbe Stunde unterwegs. Die Zimmer haben genügend Platz und sind sehr sauber.

Einzigartige Lage am See ! Meinem Buchungswunsch wurde voll ent sprochen ( obere Etage ). Ein Frühstückssaal mit bevorzugter Aussicht.
