The view was fantastic. So was the location. Our room at the upstairs was like from old movies, very nice. Also during our stay people working at the reception and bar were very helpful and friendly, especially one girl from Czech. The noise-level was awful! The doors didn't reduce any sounds or noise... it was like there wasn't any doors. So there wasn't any privacy: we could hear everything to our room - and everyone could hear everything from our room. Ear-plugs highly recommended!!! (Hotel should change their room-doors ASAP to meet even basic standards of this century.) |

view view view !! a little piece of heaven ! we were in a room facing the lake and the mountains arround....mmm...the best . you couldnt get more than that. the hotel has many antique features ,decor ,spacious. easy transfer 3-4 minutes from the main station with the hotel-shuttle pricey .The Italian manager of the Hotel - restaurant has no patience. he is not friendly . he gives the feeling that he is being disturbed by the clients instead of serving them. |

Rooms facing the lake have excellent views. Pleasing room decore & good buffet breakfast. It is difficult to find entry to the hotel. They have not put propoer notice on doors which are not in opeartion. |

The view from our room was a million dollar view and we just fell in love with it. The staff were very pleasnt. The hotel was walking distance from shops and restaurants. |

The hotel was very charming and the staff was fantastic. They were so friendly. Enrique, one of the owners shared stories of the history of the hotel and the city. It was truly fantastic. The lake view was wonderful. |

The view over the Lake is stunning, especially from the 4th & 5th floor. It is a charming old grand hotel that has managed to keep it flair. Concerning the quite high prices it would have been nice to include the pickup and return from the station. |

The room 51 was good, especially the amazing view. The breakfast was the usual continental style and the staff serving breakfast very accommodating. Yes, we were very disappointed in the service from the reception staff. From our experience, if you were not clad in fur and diamonds or over the age of 35 the service you received was very much inferior. Prior to our departure we were told we would be able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went snowboarding for the day. |

Excellent view over the lake, very near to the center. Parking is free, but limited. There was no polish in the shoe cleaning machine on any of the floors. |

Aussicht vom Zimmer und vom Speisesaal ist traumhaft. Das Hotel ist an ruhiger Lage und trotzdem zu Fuss nur 5 Minuten vom Dorfzentrum St. Moritz entfernt. Exzellentes Frühstücksbuffet. |
