We liked the accommodation, facilities, the friendly, helpful and courteous staff as well as the food and general ambiance of the hotel. It provided a very relaxing environment for our holiday. We felt that the car parking charges (on a per night basis) were somewhat high as were charges for telephone use. |

Very quite relaxing Hotel, Luxury rooms and wonderful outdoor pool We arrived at 03:30 early morning and there was only one staff member and he told us, if you come 10 minutes later you will not find any body in the Hotel because i am going Home, that mean you can't check in !! |

We got a great deal through booking.com on the room which may have been because of economic crises (?). We went with our 4 year old and 2 year old kids and really enjoyed the spa facilities (nicely equiped 24 hour fitness room, indoor pool and outdoor smallish spa pool). Parking was 10CHF a night. |

Fantastic mountain scenery & setting. Outdoor wellness pool offers really, really amazing views on clear & sunny days. Rooms comfortable and clean. Daily room cleaning was often very, very late in the afternoon. |

The wellness facilities, the meditation music in the relaxation rooms, the great breakfast, the soft mattress cover that made sleeping like being on a cloud, the free dvds from the reception every night, the quiet, and most of all the wonderful outdoor swimming pool with bubbles, waterfalls and air jets for massage, snow on the ground all around and a spectacular view of the alps. |

very stylish clean and modern Room cleaning service slow.... more than once returned from Skiing at 4PM to find room unserviced. (Hotel corrected problem however after complaint) |

The hotel staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The Winter Garden was very relaxing and had beautiful views. It was a bit too warm everywhere. |

They blocked the amount of the whole stay on my credit card upon arrival and then debited the same amount on the credit card without cancelling the blocked amount, As a result I had the amount still blocked on my account 10 days after having paid and left the hotel!!! |

A very high quality, and comfortable hotel. Rooms were very comfortable, well designed and well decorated, and with balconies (in our case looking onto a beautiful view). Large TV and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. There was an excellent sauna and pool area and best of all was the outdoor heated pool with a wonderful view of the mountains opposite! The restaurant dinner menu wasn't very wide in its appeal. |

Generally very good and in particular the food in the restaurant was excellent The spa ws only scheduled to be open from 5pm during the week, even though information in the room said it was open 07.00-22.00, presumably as this was out of season. When we asked for it to be opened earlier the staff quickly did so. |

Angenehmes klima,ansprechender Service, Receptionisten sehr unfreundlich und unpofessionell. Parkplatz ist katastophal eng , wir mussten den Autoschlüssel abgeben .danach war das Auto kaputt. Aber niemand wollte die Verantwortung übernehmen. Polizei konnte auch nicht helfen. Wir bezahlen den Schaden selber. Kein entgegenkommen der Direktion. |

Op alle vlakken een fantastisch hotel - prachtige design en met een compleet welnessgedeelte binnen en een warm buitenbad met het mooiste uitzicht dat ik ooit in een zwembad heb gehad - op de prachtige bergen aan de overkant van het dal - vooral 's avonds een prachtig shouwspel. |

Tout était très agréable, les cafés excellents, et le personnel au petit soin. Beaucoup aimé le design de l'hotel (tableaux, décorations) Chambre qui donnait sur la rue ou tout le personnel allait fumer! Très désagréable les odeurs de cigarette durant la nuit. |
