A very high quality, and comfortable hotel. Rooms were very comfortable, well designed and well decorated, and with balconies (in our case looking onto a beautiful view). Large TV and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. There was an excellent sauna and pool area and best of all was the outdoor heated pool with a wonderful view of the mountains opposite! The restaurant dinner menu wasn't very wide in its appeal. |

Generally very good and in particular the food in the restaurant was excellent The spa ws only scheduled to be open from 5pm during the week, even though information in the room said it was open 07.00-22.00, presumably as this was out of season. When we asked for it to be opened earlier the staff quickly did so. |

Free Wifi, best breakfast during our stay, free bike rentals, free spa facilites and swimming pools, and pool table best vaue stay during 2 weeks in Switzerland. There is a open supermarket next to the car park and amazing views parking could have been free but hey no where was cheap in switzerland and the value of the hotel made up for it. |

Staff were so courteous, helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a gorgeous double room with incredible breathtaking 180 degree mountain views as it was our anniversary - complimentary tiramisu on arrival and scrummy Lindt heart-shaped chocolates on our pillows every night. Facilities were amazing, indoor and outdoor pools with a jacuzzi, sauna areas, steam room, massage rooms, relaxation room.. No air-conditioning. |

Situation. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Decor and facilities. Breakfasts. Parking arrangements. Musak in public areas. Suggest economies in use of linen particularly towels and to save resources. |

Great place to relax after sight seeing the Alps! Excellent place to relax. The location is more suited for winter skiing. Out of season the rest of the town is mainly closed. It is a little bit far out if the way if you are interested in seeing the sights of Switzerland. Saying that, it's a great place to go and relax and get away from it all. |
