The staff did not notice that we wanted an extra bed and the room we got could not fit an extra bed. First they argued that we could not book extra beds into their rooms but when we showed them the info from booking.com where it says that "up to 2 extra beds can be put into the room for extra cost of..." they agreed and said they did not note our comment on the booking. They fund a slightly bigger room and we could get the extra bed. However, the comfort was very poor, the room very small and the air in the room really bad. We had to sleep with open window and was waken up during the night due to the heavy traffic. However the staff tried to accomodate us (after arguing), brought a bottle of wine, and appologized for the troubble. |

very clean clean rooms,very good food, staff are very helpfull the cost of using internet was far to high,25 sfr per hour.for a buisness person from abroad it will add a lot of extra expenses.many other hotels in this price braket give it for free this days. |

Propreté, parking souterrain gratuit. Personnel du restaurant qui ne parle pas un mot d'anglais, chambre donnant sur une avenue très bruyante, oreillers très inconfortables, pas de wifi gratuit. |

Das Angebot von Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit Restaurant und Bar im Hotel ist gerade für mich von Bedeutung, da ich nach einem langen Arbeitstag keine Ambitionen mehr besitze irgendwo nach einem Restaurant zu suchen die Heizung lässt sich nicht regulieren, man kann bei Tropentemperaturen schlecht schlafen |

Toen ik om 09.30 beneden kwam om te ontbijten, was alles al weggeruimt.In de haast werd er wat kaas neergelegd, en dat was alles.Ik ben meer in dit hotel geweest en normaal is het ontbijt prima in orde.Ik heb niet gekeken tot hoelaat het ontbijt was, 09.30 is vroeg. |
