I was nice to stay in a typical Swiss chalet style building close to a large town The service was very poor. On every occassion there was nobody on reception and when I tried to check out I was told by junior staff that I had paid my bill when in fact I had'nt!! After quite a wait the manager/owner arrived and things were finally sorted out. |

Clean, comfortable, willingness to assist The Double room booked actually had 4 beds, the single room had 2 beds. If we had known about this before, we may have only booked the 4-bed room for the three persons in our party, rather than the two separate rooms. |

Eine Matraze sollte ausgewechselt werden, da sie eine ziemliche Schräglage hatte. Die Bettdecken und Überzüge waren wahrscheinlich synthetisch und machte einen schwitzen, obwohl es nicht heiss war. |
