The manager and reception staff were particularly helpful and their local knowlegde enabled us to make the most of our stay. The rooms and the hotel more generally were spotless, and the rooms have fantastic views of the mountains. I can find nothing to fault in this charming hotel. |

Very nice place--within walking distance from the ski lift. The Buffet breakfast was superb. Our hostess was very helpful and kind once we finally found the place. It was very difficult to find. We thought it is called "Hotel Treff" but it is really "Hotel Sonnwendof"--and there are apparently two of those. this one is just down from the train station. |

Location to train station. View of surrounding mountains. Staff were helpful. Very good at sorting out sleeping for young children. Overall the hotel was ok and location is fantastic and i would not put people off staying but as you can see below I was expecting a bit more. Nothing really to dislike but with a review rating of 8.6 I was slightly dissapointed. Rooms were ok and clean. Double bed was 2 singles pushed together (as usual but did have big gaps between matresses). Bar is very small (clever photo) plus was told we could not get a drink @ 10.00pm. You also have to pre-book your evening meal for the next day. (we did not bother to do this in the end). |

Ik acht het hotel zeker 4 sterren waard. Het personeel heeft een zeer professionele opleiding, is voortkomend en altijd van dienst. De kamers zijn keurig en altijd netjes opgeruimd na thuiskomst. Elke dag verse badhanddoeken. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. |

Het is een wat sober maar heel netjes en proper hotel, bediening heel vriendelijk. Lekkere bedden. Ook wordt er een lekker ontbijt geserveerd. Omdat ik het hotel gebruik op doorreis vind ik het niet prettig dat ik er al na 21.00 uur niet meer in kan, ook is het jammer dat er geen restaurant bij is. In het dorp is wel genoeg keus om te gaan eten. Je krijgt een sleutel om het hotel na 21.00 uur in te komen. |

Vackert beläget, väl inrett, fint och rymligt rum, bra frukost och trevlig personal. Lätt att rekommendera till vänner och förstås att återvända till- Tyvärr var sängen för hård för min rygg. En bäddmadrass skulle hjälpa. |

L'aide apportée par le personnel de l'hôtel à la suite d'une chute en ski nécessitant une visite au docteur de garde.Proximité des pistes. Lre frigo ne fonctionnait pas à l'arrivée ....ni 3 jours plus tard. Cela avait pourtant été notifié. La commande TV fonctionnait partiellement.Parking payant. |
