Sorell Hotel Ador  

El desayuno estaba incluído y era de muy buena calidad.

Lamentablemente cuando llegamos el personal del hotel tenía nuestra reserva cancelada. No habían visto bien la cancelación y la misma había sido para la noche anterior, por lo que cancelaron toda la estancia. "Afortunadamente" había lugar y nos dieron una habitación totalmente marginal, muy pequeña e incómoda. El personal de recepción bastante incompetente y lento en el servicio

Cleand and simple but with everything that you need for a business trip. Not a place to choose if you intend to do more than sleeping and working.

Location is excellent. It is 5 minutes walk from the Bern central train station. There are many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The old town and all its attractions are a short walk away. The included breakfast was also good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel has wifi internet but the external service provider charges for it.

I like it that is was close to the city center and to the train station. The staff is awesome; very friendly and always available to help you with anything needed.

I din't really like the room setting. it weas a plain room with a bed; no decorations at all. The room was not that comfortable.

The hotel is completely devoid of any decoration--no pictures, no color. It is just concrete everywhere. Room was extremely small and pretty worn out looking--but basically clean bath and bedding. Staff did not pay any attention to our request to be on a lower floor. THis does not look like a 3 star hotel. THe price was still quite high and not a good value for the money, but everything in Bern is very expensive, and this was a market weekend. We would possibly recommend this hotel to others if they were only needing to sleep near the station.

The Hotel is only 1-2 blocks from the main train station. The hotel is very modern and clean, with helpful staff.

My only complaint is the room is a bit "tight" -- maybe not "small" -- but no extra room at all.

It was very close to the train station and a short walk to the old City. Nice staff.

The location was convenient to Bern's old city and to the railroad station. The room was clean, and the staff helpful. The breakfast was fine.

The price was very high for an American, but this probably largely the result of the the strong Swiss Frank and is typical for Swiss Hotels.

The quietness of the place

The hotel is centrally located near the train station. Easy to find and very central.

The room did not has air conditioning and the windows barely opened. We visited in July and our room was essentially a green house. Incredibly hot and uncomfortable.

Good breakfast. Free PC in lobby with internet access. Kettle in room.
