The hotel is completely devoid of any decoration--no pictures, no color. It is just concrete everywhere. Room was extremely small and pretty worn out looking--but basically clean bath and bedding. Staff did not pay any attention to our request to be on a lower floor. THis does not look like a 3 star hotel. THe price was still quite high and not a good value for the money, but everything in Bern is very expensive, and this was a market weekend. We would possibly recommend this hotel to others if they were only needing to sleep near the station.

breakfast was okay. Location was a couple of blocks from train station and convenient for walking around the town.

room was small and walls were scuffed. Pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Shower floor was very slippery and tiny with hand held spray awkward to use but powerful. Only place free wifi worked was in the lobby. No ethernet outlet in the room. No wireless printer in lobby and United Air Lines won't let you copy and past boarding pass into an email. Staff was not helpful in this regard. Bill was messed up. One person tried charging us the more expensive weekday rate for the weekend. you must review your bill. okay hotel for short 1-2 day stay if you are out all day on business. Desk staff can't recommend restaurants or know what is going on in town. Switzerland is very expensive country without the product or service to support it.

Cleand and simple but with everything that you need for a business trip. Not a place to choose if you intend to do more than sleeping and working.

It was very close to the train station and a short walk to the old City. Nice staff.

The room was a bit small. Quite expensive.

The location was convenient to Bern's old city and to the railroad station. The room was clean, and the staff helpful. The breakfast was fine.

The price was very high for an American, but this probably largely the result of the the strong Swiss Frank and is typical for Swiss Hotels.

Not that clean. For the price should have AC. Expensive WiFi.
