It is a nice location

The treatment I experienced by the staff especially the manager of reception!!!! - very provincial, not costumer oriented and lack of common sense!!!! But she is damn right!!!! And thats the most important! Somewhat missing the idea of making a customer feel good in that place.

The location is just excellent, close to the city but still quiet as the country side.

The breakfast is somehow limited and it would be better to extend the choices to include more egg dishes. Furter it would be good to have some more sausages. Because of the location, a hotel like Zurichberg should have parking included and there should also be some parking space for visitors.

The view of downtown Zurich is wonderful and well worth of taking the cab to the hilltop that it's located. Though it's far from the center, the bus was very easy to take with 2-3 minutes walk to route 6(?). For family with young kid, the zoo nearby is a big plus. For joggers, the forest is right by the hotel. For lovers of food, they have a very good menu, and even the breakfast is great with many things to choose from and sitting by the window to hear the birds and take in the view of the surroundings is very refreshing.

The reception is just so-so. I think he almost cried when he wasn't able to swipe my credit card ok the first time on our check-out. Other than that, the room is not big, though it is indeed well-designed and suites our needs.

the view is fantastic and the location close to the center of Zurich but next to peaceful nature. The design of the house and the furniture is superb. I will go back soon and can warmly recommend it. Breakfast is also excellent

The location was great since it is located on the edge of a forest! The place is calm in romantic. Great for relaxation and honeymooners. You can walk in the forest at early morning enjoying the rich green environment. Zurich zoo is approximately less than 1 km away and it is a place worth visiting. Free wifi in the public areas. The dining area is one of the best. I liked their breakfast.

Really friendly staff who accomodated for all wishes and a nice breakfast with a fantastic view over the Lake Zurich.

Mir gefällt die Ruhe, die prächtige Aussicht und das Erholungsgebiet und doch ist man sehr schnell, auch mit ÖV im Zentrum von Zürich.

Ihre TV Bedienung ist sehr interessant. Ich habe nicht gewusst, dass es diese Form der Bedienung gibt..........

Die Room Service KArte, zu wenig Auswahl Das erste Zimmer im neuen Bau, war zu laut, da sie neben dem Aufzug liegt

Zimmer war sehr schön gestaltet (hatten niedrigste Kategorie gebucht), alles sauber, gut mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen

Personal wirkte nicht sehr interessiert an uns und bei Fragen hatten wir das Gefühl zu stören. Frühstück war in Ordnung, doch wäre es nicht inkl gewesen, wären wir schwer enttäuscht. Zumindest eine Salami und eine Schinken Sorte, sollte ein Frühstücksbüffet zu bieten haben.
