Lage des Hotels war optimal, direkt neben der Skipiste. Am Morgen jedoch zu Fuss zum nächsten Skilift oder 50 Meter daneben war eine Postautohaltestelle Frühstücksbuffet war jeden Tag kleiner, weil sie Ende der Woche die Wintersaison beendet haben. Sauna und Dampfbad waren nicht jeden Tag in Betrieb, wahrscheinlich auch, wegen wenigen Gästen, hatten keine Lust jeden Tag zu reklamieren... in der Nacht manchmal etwas laut, da andere vom Ausgang nach Hause kamen, man hörte den Lärm gut von der Strasse her... kann das Hotel jedoch nichts dafür

schönes Restaurant, feines Essen gemütliche Atmosphäre mit viel Holz Portion bestelltes Rührei beim Frühstück war sehr klein Garagenplatz von CHF 14.00 / Tag eher teuer (CHF 10.00 wäre o.k.)

Es handelt sich um ein normales Hotelzimmer mit gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Wegen der Lage an der Hauptstrasse hört man schon viel Verkehr. Es war viel zu warm. Der Preis ist eigentlich zu hoch.

Das Frühstück war für schweizer Verhältnisse hervorragend. Die Betten und das Zimmer waren sehr gut. Ein hoteleigenes gratis W Lan gab es in unserem Zimmer nicht, jedoch in der Eingangslounge war es verfügbar.

sehr aufmerksame Bedienung im Restaurant. Autoabstellplatz in der Garage ist kostenpflichtig. Zugang zu Garage wegen Bauarbeiten erschwert. Leider nur 1x Trinkwasser im Zimmer und erst noch MIT Kohlensäure.

Camera molto bella. Molto pulito e boufet abbondante. E con il coperto parcheggio si arriva direttamente in Hotel. Per noi che che eravamo in moto è stato comodissimo. La televisione sarebbe meglio in camera.In quanto a lingue lasciano un`pò a desiderare mi va bene tedesco e inglese ma almeno un pò di italiano e magari il francese. Ci siamo capiti ugalmente però è peccato perchè l'albergo è magnifico.

Che accettassero quando abbiamo prenotato I cani! Quando al mattino siamo andati nella sala colazione il nostro cane non ha potuto accedervi pur avendo avendo avuto conferma scritta prima di riservare che il cane era ben accetto e avendo anche pagato il dovuto supplemento. La camera che secondo loro poteva essere occupata da tre persone era veramente appena sufficente per due con un balcone in comproprietà con I vicini!! Quanto promesso alla riservazione non corrisponde a quanto ricevuto.

La camera con balcone era molto bella e molto molto pulita (come tutto l'hotel). Il design interno del ristorante/bar e della stanza per la colazione era molto particolare e ben fatto. Staff gentile e servizio veloce. Considerando che abbiamo riservato lo stesso giorno del pernottamento e con un last minute ad un prezzo strepitoso siamo stati una favola. A fianco dell'hotel c'è la strada principale, ma la camera rimane comunque molto tranquilla e silenziosa.

Sehr gutes Essen, äusserst hilfreiches und freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage des Hotels aber ohne Nachtlärm. Die Aktion "Gratis Bergbahnen für Hotelgäste" war ein zusätzlicher Bonus. Obwohl wir tendenziell immer neue Destinationen/Hotels ausprobieren (wir waren zum ersten Mal in Lenzerheide): Hierher wollen wir wieder kommen! Walter Schaffner, Weiningen-Zürich Mir fällt nichts ein
