Silence and view from the room. Quality of tap water. Friendly personnel. Not so clean in corridors and stairs. Old bathroom with water slow to go down. Room entrance close to garbage disposal. |

Great Terrace, nice wellness area, good restaurant & dinner & breakfast Be careful what type of room you book. We were in the so-called guesthouse, on the lowermost floor. Even though our room faced the mountains (which I wanted), we had no view to speak of because (1) we were so low & (2) there were a number of middle sized pine trees planted in the section in front of the hotel that blocked a view. The room also had paint flaking off the window frames and very thin towels. A main room light didn't work. Standard Swiss cable TV channels with only CNN in English. It did not feel like a 4-star experience. I recommend the hotel, with caution. Find out exactly which room you are getting, and ask for rooms on higher levels with balconies. |

A warm welcome,cozy comunal areas excellent breakfasts and the most amazing views!!! Astronomical costs of the food in the restaurant(CHF26.00 for a plate of pasta) and the drinks in the espresso Bar (CHF12.00 for a scotch). Ouch. |

The spa is the best feature. Great view of the Eiger from our balcony. Well situated with regard to shops and station. A bit of a labyrinth. That's fine in high summer, but it would have been unpleasant to access our bedroom through the garage or the street in bad weather. |

The hotel rooms were neat and clean, of adequate size. The views were beautiful. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. There was no clock in the room. The spa was very nice with various saunas, steam baths ans a whirlpool. It is coed and the dress code is "no bathing suits allowed. So, if you are squimish about these things you need to be aware before hand. |

The location is very convenient. The view of the Eiger is spectacular. The hotel staff was very pleasant and congenial. The hotel room did not meet expectations for a four star hotel. Our nonsmoking room was smoky. The linens and the carpet were soiled. |

The hotel location was perfect for our needs. Veiw of the mountains from our room (305) was also just what we wanted. The hotel Spinne had a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere which my wife and I enjoyed. As we travelled by car, parking close to our hotel is important to us. There did not seem to be many car parking spaces available at the hotel. |

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, restaurant and breakfast buffet good, spa excellent. Nice view at the Eiger from our room. Very good location at the main street. There is nothing I can say we did not like. |
