The room was perfect & clean.The management were excellent.And very friendly & very helpful. They took time out to make sure you were comfortable & happy. Was surprised that in the evening you had to book ahead to have a 4 course meal and just 1 hr to eat it. So we never bothered |

The hotel is good with a homely atmosphere. The overall ambience is fine. The views from the room are superb. The breakfast was better than expectations. The pub is quite interesting. Finally, the location of the hotel is quite central, so convenient. Of course, it may not be suited to those who like to live reclusively. The toilet / washroom was not upto the mark, as compared to other factors. |

We enjoyed the atmosphere and location of the hotel. It was unpretentious and cosy. We had an awesome view from our room and the breakfast was great. The hotel staff was really helpful with planning the day and recommending dinner. |

Outstanding central location- we could watch the New Year's town parade and fireworks from our room! Also very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast ample. Would have liked the room a little warmer and cleaner. Also parking was a hassle as the hotel lot filled up quickly and everywhere else in Interlaken you have to pay the meter. |
